Oil production across the board is a function of the policies of the administration in office.

It has nothing to do with whether or not it's federally owned land or not and Obama never made a claim that it rose on federally owned land while he was President.

Moron. The fact is that leases go unused all the time. We are talking about production. Federal production was DOWN under Obama. Thus he had NOTHING to do with the increase in oil production. Nothing.

Stores continuing to close down all the time, brands going the way of the dodo. People need to quit kidding themselves that things are going just peachy. They haven't been since shortly after coming into the millennium. The brand of my needs, not anyone else, took a huge hold after 9/11, on this country. Conservatives have become the administration of fear, and looking at your own needs. Yet they still want the Christian status.

LMAO... they don't give a shit about where the oil is. They care about what it will cost to extract. They also care about the red tape put forth by states, the Fed or the private land owners.

Saying they don't like to drill on federal land is nonsense.

Take your own advice and learn about the oil business.

Calm down, Spanky. Oil, just like most things, people try to give Trump credit for, has been on a slight uptick. It was carried through the Obama administration, through into now. That happens when you come out of something like the financial crisis. It's just another similar rise that has maintained itself. If you ever get a drastic change from out of nowhere, then you can give credit. You can't give anyone in the current administration any props, except the one of keeping the trend from stopping. No one has done anything enough to damage, or increase these things. Nothing much of anything changes in government these days.

Federal lands have a whole lot more regulations than private lands. Google it.

Federal land oil production was down under Bush too.. Federal oil concessions have a lot more safety and environmental rules and regs.... ALWAYS have.
