There was no lie. Your drugs are confusing you.
Have you stopped taking your Donepezil again?

every time Obama opened his mouth he was lying,
when you are talking to a dumbed down base, and sound eloquent that's really not that hard to do
most of his supporters have IQ's of less than 60
I thought Obama and the "Mrs" had retired to Kenya, no such luck I guess

Federal land oil production was down under Bush too.. Federal oil concessions have a lot more safety and environmental rules and regs.... ALWAYS have.
Calm down, Spanky. Oil, just like most things, people try to give Trump credit for, has been on a slight uptick. It was carried through the Obama administration, through into now. That happens when you come out of something like the financial crisis. It's just another similar rise that has maintained itself. If you ever get a drastic change from out of nowhere, then you can give credit. You can't give anyone in the current administration any props, except the one of keeping the trend from stopping. No one has done anything enough to damage, or increase these things. Nothing much of anything changes in government these days.
Bullshit.
Oil production across the board is a function of the policies of the administration in office.
It has nothing to do with whether or not it's federally owned land or not and Obama never made a claim that it rose on federally owned land while he was President.
Hence, your OP was just another cheap, cheesey right-wing smear attempt and outright lie.
Which is all you fuckers are any good at anyway.

Once again, Obama tosses out a blatant lie and the leftwing media goes silent. No 'fact checks' from CNN. Nada.
I am sure the left wing nuts on this board will follow suit. Nothing to see here. Obama is the bestest ever.
It takes a whole lot of nerve to call anyone else a liar, after you support trumps multiple lies ever single day of his presidency.
In many respects, the economy did much better under Obama
Yes it does dumbass. The federal government is not in control of private or state land production.
Obama's claim was that HE was responsible for the increase in production. Hence his 'that was me' bullshit. He lied and you continue to try to makes excuses for him.
Well yea Think?

Isn’t it ironic that they notice every misstatement by Obama, but give Trump a pass on his thousand of misstatements. It’s just so cute. The US was never the number one producer of oil, so, he got it wrong, as he worded it:
"You wouldn’t always know it, but it went up every year I was president. That whole, suddenly America’s like the biggest oil producer and the biggest gas...."
However, it sounds like Obama just bobbled one of his usual talking points (that the US had increased production every year he was president, to become the number one producer "in oil and gas.") If you combine oil and gas, measuring in terms of oil equivalent or BTUs, the US did go from being outpaced by Russia, to being the leading producer in the world.
So, was he intentionally lying, or did he just mangle the wording of one of his standard talking points?
