Production on Federal Land DECREASED. Obama stood in the way of production. Nothing he did helped the industry. The gains in production were on PRIVATE land. But do go on trying to pretend.

That said, if you really believe Obama is responsible for increased oil production... shouldn't you also be condemning him for causing global warming?
