I was in the mindset of "vote blue no matter who" but that is a big steaming pile of shit! Even if the DNC can pull this off with Biden, nothing will change and they are setting the table for the next Trump. It does not matter to the establishment on either side who the figurehead is or which party has the majority as they have all they really want and need and are royally screwing the people either way.

Caucasus? Electoral College? Debates that resemble sporting events moderated by corporate puppets? Delegates? Super Duper Delegates? Super Tuesday? What next...Orgasmic Wednesday? C'mon, this is a bad joke and the laugh is on the tools who buy into it. If the USA was honest about the integrity of elections, they would be streamlined and organized with all states in sync with the process and PAPER BALLOTS and advancing the cause for voter education and turnout.

I'm done because I'm no one's tool or schmuck. Knock yourself out but I have interests and hobbies more worth pursuing than pretending this is okay. I will be sitting out this fraudulent excuse for an election process. I hope it gets better and truly democratic for the younger generation and I will continue to support all true Progressives and their agendas.

I will vote mainly because my people died for me to have that right..........they would be rolling over in their graves if they knew we are STILL fighting for equal opportunities.

You are absolutely, 100% right to be disappointed.

I'm just as despondent, because I really believe that Sanders or Warren would have made a wonderful POTUS, and changed the direction of the country in a meaningful way.

But it's hard to argue with the vote totals from the last week. The paradox of choice finally made itself apparent when the rank-and-file Democratic voters retreated back to what was familiar (Biden) as opposed to what was necessary (Sanders/Warren). We have to accept that if we want to have any hope of beating Trump.

Now there's still a lot of primary left, and anything can happen. But we do need to unite to defeat Trump, and we need to unite to defeat him in numbers so overwhelming, it embarrasses Conservatives forever.

So all of us will need to eventually get behind him because beating Trump is very important. Once we do that, we can make life extremely difficult for Biden and the DNC by dogging them on progressive policies every chance we get.

I don't trust ANYTHING that comes from republicans or republican controlled states, especially from the south. They have proven time and time again to be racist, lying, cheating, heartless people.

Those people are responsible for the state of our union and have been since they stole this country from the Native Americans. Until WHITE AMERICA revokes their seat at the table.........NOTHING WILL CHANGE.

So while it's great that we are dedicated to our values during the primary, we do have to set those aside in the general because Trump absolutely cannot have a second term.

If he does, democracy in America is finished.

I live in an area where many years ago a tribe came from the north east on their own accord and migrated here. When they got here there was already a totally different tribe that spoke another language living and thriving here. Guess what they did? they KILLED them and TOOK their land, by force. Here is the kicker.....They werent driven here by white expansion because this happened pre columbus, whites werent even here yet. So.....did they steal the land? LOL Happens everywhere,....its called human nature. Grow the fuck up, have some pride, and quit with the loser beggar attitude. He didn't win the last election and it had nothing to do with Black people in a few states not coming out to vote or Bernie supporters staying home.

America did nothing about it. They treat him as if he's legit.

The system is rigged from a meter reader to the president.

Maybe.

I think if turnout mirrors what it was in 2018 and 2019, Biden or Sanders could easily win.

But we don't want to just "win"...we want to humiliate Conservatism. That is going to require a united front which means we have to work with the DNC.

Paramount to everything is punishing Conservatism for the last 4 years, and seeking retribution for every shitty, awful thing they did.

When all is said and done, I want Conservatives so marginalized and embarrassed that they slink back underneath the rocks from which they slithered.

I completely agree, which is why we can't just "beat" Trump, we need turnout so large it humiliates Conservatism and forces it into hiding.

What I want is a world where MAGAts are afraid to wear their red hats, not because of physical danger, but because of how dismissively they would be treated.
