Yes, it's a dumb move from the perspective of MAGA Republicans, but it's a smart move from the perspective of RINO "Republicans" (Demonkkkrats) like Graham and McConnell (who is the mastermind behind this).

There's good reason why conservatives are increasingly frustrated with their own party leaders. They are sick and tired of controlled opposition. They are sick and tired of the RNC/DNC rules being rigged against them.

Conservatives really do need to wise up to these RNC RINO tactics and stop supporting their abusers. Don't get me wrong, I think that DeSantis is a great governor, but he is not the right choice for President because he is funded by big donors who want to economically harm Main Street citizens for their own interests.
