Why do you not ask Terry what that means?

You are correct and that is the point of the article i posted AS NO ONE is found to be "legally, a member of MS 13".

So what does Terry mean and why do you not question him?

Do you understand Damo that the ONLY thing that happened was an agent of the gov't appeared before a judge or magistrate and said 'i have evidence he is a member of MS 13 and want him held pending his due process?"

Do you understand that Terry is lying about the FINDING that said 'ok he can be held' as if that means the accusation was substantiated?

Of all the things you choose to jump in on it is not Terry's bottom barrel stupidity on this topic and instead you want to point out what the article is point which is to tell people stop acting like there was some finding rendered he was MS 13 when no such thing happened.

- there has been no finding against Garcia in what Terry is lying about
- the FINDING was that the Justice believed the gov't agent enough to issue a hold order for Garcia pre any trial or hearing
- that type of FINDING is not against the accused and is only in support of the witness or gov't agent giving the information
- it is same a cop saying Damo did a crime and QP saying he saw Damo do it and that being believe enough by a judge to deny bail to Damo
- WHAT IT DOES NOT MEAN is that Damo is guilty of anything and it is not a FINDING against Damo.
- it is a finding of belief in the cop and the witness that MAY or MAY NOT bear out once it goes to court

"Evidence supports". In this country we have things called, "trials", where this "evidence" which is hearsay - says so in YOUR article - is somehow corraborated. Then we have a thing called a "deliberation" where juries debate the facts, and finally a verdict - which could be either guitly or not guilty.

So - if AG is found GUILTY of whatever - gang affiliation, trafficking, what have you then I fully support him getting shipped away to wherever. But I don't think he is, since the "officers" claiming they have the evidence are trump thugs.

I don't trust trump or anyone in his administration. I do trust a jury trial. Just like the jury that convicted trump in NY.
