They said he’d never be released!

Okay, once more for the cheap seats:

DUE PROCESS OF LAW (i.e., Habeus Corpus) does NOT guarantee guilt or innocence. It does guarantee that EVERYONE gets their day in court where either can be proved.

If found innocent, you're free. If found guilty, you're jailed ... or in this case deported.

This is what the current administration is trying to trash in favor of a "banana republic", "communist", "fascist" government policies.
What happens to this joker DOES NOT erase ALL the illegal and erroneous sweeps, deportations, renditions, etc. of INNOCENT PEOPLE.

He was ordered deported in 2019 by a Judge so he got his due process

Courts have always found there was reasonable limits and certain rights of due process if you are going to punish anyone as a criminal, as Guantanamo Bay and other instances have proven.

Do you think it reasonable and anything resembling proportional if a person has done nothing but enter the country illegally to then take that person who has no money and no documents and put them on a continent that where they do not speak the language?

Even if they want to go back home they cannot walk across the ocean. With base language skills they cannot integrate where they are.
Garcia was found to be a member or associate of MS 13 by two different judges. He had several tickets. Now he faces human trafficking charges. Most illegals have something beyond just a single illegal entry on their record. Illegal reentry is a felony. Many have that one or will because they reentered after being deported once.

I really don't care if they get sent to some odd nation halfway around the world because they don't want to return to their country of origin. Short of that nation being something like N. Korea or being a minority that's clearly being persecuted, they've got nothing coming in my book. Poverty and crime are not reasons for asylum.

They created the problem they're in. They can deal with it.

CBS left all this out! ..
  1. At subsequent hearings in August and September 2019, an immigration judge agreed that he was deportable as charged (which Abrego Garcia also acknowledged) but then considered his three requests for relief. The judge denied the asylum request, because it could only be filed within a year after arriving in the U.S., a deadline which had long passed. He also denied the CAT request as lacking evidence.
  2. But the judge granted Abrego Garcia’s request for withholding of removal, finding a “clear probability” that he would be persecuted in El Salvador. Withholding of removal is a sort of limbo status. It guarantees that the recipient cannot be deported to a specific country (in this case, El Salvador). But there is “no legal impediment” to the government deporting the recipient anywhere else at any time, as Abrego Garcia’s lawyers have acknowledged.3

Judge stated he could be deported just not to El Salvador ......but he could be deported at anytime to another country....Abrego Garcia’s lawyers have agreed this is the case

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTFOR THE DISTRICT OF MARYLANDGreenbelt Division

So he had his due process in 2019 his lawyers agree there is “no legal impediment” to the government deporting him anywhere else at any time,...so his ass will be on his way to Uganda

so essentially you've emphasized OPINIONS AND POSSIBLITIES, BUT NOT BOTTOM LINE RULINGS, much less what is happening now.

The CBS time line is valid....the problem with you is that the eyelets on your pointy hood only sees PARTS of information that taken out of context of the time line.

Face it dimwit, you're having an orgasm over a "point" that is not even that. I mean damn, you shit-for-brains sheet wearers and maga mooks can't even take a proverbial "win" with grace.

DUE PROCESS, you simpleton. That's what happened, that is what you morons are trying to dismantle.

Those were rulings you retard. Garcia is deportable. He is adjudicated as a member or associate of MS 13. That's why he can't be deported to El Salvador.

Now, the US government has both Uganda and Costa Rica saying they'll take him. To go to Costa Rica, he has to plea out in an agreement that he is guilty of human smuggling. Otherwise, he's going to Uganda and that's that. It's his choice. One thing is clear. He isn't staying in the US.

He's getting and has gotten his "due process." He has lost and that's that.

I find it incredible that these far left loons defend this piece of garbage.

This is why they lost last November and will continue to lose.

It’s un-American to support people like Garcia.

He has rights that Trump totally ignored. Trump was wrong throughout the whole thing. He still wants to punish a guy who did no crime, but committed the sin of being brown.
Trump did no such thing and never has. That loser has final deportation orders and will now get scooped up and sent to Africa, so congrats, you idiots are doing nothing but creating political ads that won't be helpful to your cause.

You and the rest of drones seem to forget the whole Constitution thing when it doesn't agree with your anti-American views. If you really think a scumbag like that deserves to stay here, you need to convince enough people to change the laws on the books that were put there by both republicans and democrats. It must pass both houses of Congress and get signed by the President to become law. Currently, not deporting this guy is breaking the oath that every federal worker must adhere to. I thought that no one was above the law. I'm so confused about what you idiots believe, lol.

Instead of whining like the little bitches you are, try doing it the American way, legally. Just because you idiots put a bunch of activists judges on the bench doesn't change the law. Judges are not all powerful, they are one of three equal branches. Immagration is handled by the executive for a reason. We don't elect these judges. For starters, they are not privy to national security information. That alone is reason enough that any order from a judge should be ignored on this issue, they're just political hacks as proven by their written decisions. If they were doing their job, they would only rule on the law, not inject their opinions.

The problem is you are lying again.

He was not FOUND to be anything as he was given zero due process to a hearing which is required for a 'finding' to be rendered.

And the Trump admin has sent many people to these locations whose only offense was crossing the border illegally and no other crimes beyond that.

Why Uganda? He isn't from there.

You like to see due process eroded just because Trump makes it so.
He already has legal court orders of deportation. So do YOU not want due process? The court has ruled that he can be deported to ANY COUNTRY with the exception of El Salvador. Not many countries are willing to accept non-citizen violent criminals. Uganda has agreed to accept them. So he will probably be sent there.
