The solution for healthcare that will never be instituted

You are back to making "methinks" two words, Robo.

I've schooled you on that.

It is a pretentious grammatical structure at best. Don't make your pretentiousness worse with that mistake.

If it upsets you old buddy, I certainly apologize!!!

It doesn't upset me, Robo.

Just trying to help you make as strong a case as you can.

Now...you have got to work on only accepting "facts" that fit your narrative.

WE AMERICANS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HEALTHCARE LIST AMONG THE INDUSTRIALIZED COUNTRIES.

If you are going to simply dismiss anything that does not fit into your personal narrative...you are essentially conceding the argument.

Hello Robo,

I never dispute that America's health INSURANCE system sucks!!!! The fallacy that America's health CARE is at the bottom of the list in the industrialized world is a myth! People come from all over the world for America's healthCARE expertise.

That's a two way street. Americans travel abroad for health care they cannot afford here.

We have some [bolding mine] of the best and most respected hospitals on planet earth and some of the world's best doctors and health scientist and researchers anywhere.

Obamacare is unconstitutional regardless of what the Supreme court says.

Opinion.

The Court is not automatically right. The Court simply has the Constitutional power to affirm or deny the written law's constitutionality. Therefore they simply have the power to confirm both constitutional law and unconstitutional law as being constitutional. Any rational reading of amendment 10 to our Constitution makes it perfectly clear, (at least to me), that every federal program NOT authorized by the Constitution is unconstitutional.

If that were true the National Weather Service should be done on a piecemeal state-by-state basis. We should al be left to our own devices in guessing when the next big Hurricane Katrina, Harvey, Sandy, etc, hits.

Furthermore, I can, if you wish, present quotes by both Jefferson and Madison to back me up.

The founders also had interesting views on big corporations.

The propaganda spread about by the UN's World Health Organization about America's healthcare system is purely leftist influenced propaganda.

And yet that is the leading world authority on health care. Looks like it is the right against the world. Nothing new there.

Right now, the United States is not even ranked among the top 25 healthiest nations on the planet. (We're currently ranked #35.) As far as healthcare is concerned...we are CONSISTENTLY ranked WORST among the industrialized/developed nations. And healthcare costs in the US are CONSISTENTLY ranked the highest. We ought to be ashamed of ourselves. But we have assholes on the right, like you, in a dream world on the issue.

If you believe opinion polls, I suppose you'll believe "rankings."

Yeah...the entire industrialized world can do it...can work it out so EVERYONE is covered and at less cost...

...but Americans are too stupid for it to work.

Do you puppets even listen to yourselves?

What a bunch of horse shit!

Then you can explain why two of America's states have researched it and rejected it as being too non-affordable, right Pal Frankie?

You see Frank, the European countries and Canada are nations with far less population than the United States. Some individual states in America have populations larger than most of those countries. They contribute little compared to the United States to their own national defense, WALLA! Money in the bank. WALLA! tax loot for single payer. The United States Frank, has a national defense budget and expenditures larger than the rest of the world put together. And along with our federal socialist welfare system and our crony capitalist corporate subsidies system, WALLA 22 trillion $ in national debt! Estimated cost for American single payer healthcare 7 trillion $.

Well Frankie buddy, I am what I am! I'm to old to change and I have little to no trust in any rankings of anything, especially healthcare presented by the UN's socialist/leftist World Health Organization.

Why does the health insurance system suck? Simple; each state regulates it differently.

No one is debating America's health care system. The debate is purely on the mechanism by which your doctor is reimbursed for care after they provide it.

The best, easiest, simplest, most cost-effective way to administrate that is to have a single payer that handles all reimbursement and uses its leverage as the single payer to bargain for cheaper drugs...which Democrats just submitted a bill today to allow Medicare to directly negotiate with drug companies. Part-D (Bush and the Conservatives' prescription drug plan) prohibits Medicare from doing that now.

So you would support Medicare directly negotiating for drugs, right? If so, then why would you object to a single payer doing that?

So you admit that most of the moves folks make to lower tax states is precisely because of the lower tax rates, right?

Most people relocate because of their jobs, not the tax rates.

My point was that low tax rates in red states are subsidized by welfare.

Which would make every red state that uses the welfare block grant to close budget gaps a welfare state.

Obamacare is unconstitutional regardless of what the Supreme court says.

Funny how you don't respect our Constitutional checks-and-balances.

Right...everyone is wrong except you, the guy so dumb he got conned by Donald Trump.

It doesn't suck for me for reasons already provided.

If it sucks for you, that's your problem. Since I don't give a shit if you have it, I don't give a shit if you go without care.

Great. So burn your own lifeboat and withdraw from society, then. If you want to be anti-social, walk the walk.

Right...everyone is wrong except you, the guy so dumb he got conned by Donald Trump.

Funny how Obama himself said Obamacare wasn't a tax yet when the Court said it was OK based on the government's ability to tax, Obama didn't say they were wrong. Why wouldn't he stand up, be a man, and repeat what he had said before about it not being a tax?

If, as you believe, the Court is always right, why do we have Brown v. Board of Education? Wouldn't the decision in Plessy have been settled law?

Not exactly.

A single payer system needs to be national because of out-of-state people who work in one state, but live in another (think NY workers who live in NJ). That's why the one in Vermont didn't work; because there were people who worked in Vermont, but live in New York, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Each state regulates insurance differently...which is the crux of the problem and which only federalism can solve.

Single payer should never be instituted. Either do what you need to do to provide it for yourself or do without.

There is no single payer nation that is switching their system to our model.

Who told you that?
