The plea deal that has been rejected by the presiding judge was negoiated recently, during the corrupt Biden administration.

The plea deal was done as a result of the Trump hand picked Prosecutor, Biden and Garland left in place, so blame him and Trump, if you do not like the deal.

Any allegations of slow walking, or interference were done when Trump was POTUS and Barr AG, so blame them if slow walked.

The Biden plea deal is “null and void.”

The testimony by Kevin Archer on Monday will reveal that Joe Biden was present when the illegal Burisma deals were being negotiated.

Garland should be ashamed of trying to give Cocaine Hunter a sweetheart deal.

We would know nothing about the Biden family corruption if the Democrats had won the House.

Joe is up to his neck in these bribery deals, shell companies and Cocaine Hunter’s crimes.

Potential future charges remain possible for anyone and everyone. That is not a very meaningful thing to say.

the likelihood of him going to trial and getting either an innocent or guilty verdict, on the drug and gun issues, and them trying to split hairs to find different charges on the same basic charges is much more difficult.


When you plead however, they often split those hairs to see if you have been fully forthcoming and to look to charge you with anything uncharged available. Those making the plea are warned of that by prosecutors to ensure full cooperation.


So if i am advising Hunter, there is no way in hell, i advise him to take a deal that does not tie up these charges and 'all related issues'. it would be far better to take the chance in court, knowing that if Trump comes in he would likely be going to court regardless.

Do you want to investigate the investigator, Weiss? Or just have a redo of the same investigation this time by a Garland appointee, instead of the one done by the Trump appointee that you do not like?


Imagine had Biden fired the Weiss, per his right and as Trump would have done, and instead Biden put his hand picked SP in place who came to the same finding and how much you derps would be crying foul due to firing the 'perfectly good and well respected Weiss' and his replacement by a 'Garland appointee'.

But ya, I am sure if Garland picks his own SP, and that person too found this nothing burger you guys would accept it 'this ends it'.

Lots of value in doing it again when we know you had the most independent, best circumstance investigation of Hunter you could ask for but because you do not like the result, you want a do over.

his potential violation of lobbying is in no way related to the gun or tax crimes, but the defense clearly felt this plea deal gave him immunity for such a charge

The defense has made it clear they won't accept a criminal charge on the gun issue because that would almost certainly be a felony charge while the judge isn't going to accept the diversion program outcome. The defense has also made it clear they won't accept a plea deal that leaves open future possible charges. It isn't going to happen.

Bagman is going to be back in court for these charges and the DOJ is going to have to accept they can't minimize them.
