MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
That'sright.
Someone let her walk on with it.
did you ever manage to get anything illegally onto a plane? Idiot.
THINK
You didn't answer my question. I wonder why.
The broken contract penalty is pittance compared to what he will get with tort law. You have no clue what you're talking about.
Zero.
Nothing I said remotely indicates that, in fact it is the opposite you unintelligent monkey.
He would have no case without the broken contract.Rune? Did you finally realize how stupid you were and decided best to run away?
He would have no case without the broken contract.
Good lord.
Prove otherwise.
Your own words will suffice in this instance.
Tort law, look it up. You've been all over the place on this.
Your own words, as I asked.
I reply to all your comments, no matter how insulting.
I expect the same courtesy
Pray tell what in my post made you ask that question? You don't have a clue what you are talking about.
and belittlementsI just did. And you don't reply to everything, still haven't answered my question.
Let's say there is no breach of contract, he can still sue under tort law. They will argue they had a right to remove him, but the the counter of course is excessive force, etc.
Are really complaining about insults?
I didn't say that the stroller wasn't allowed because it didn't fit.
I said it wasn't practical.
My 12 gauge shotgun will fit. But it ain't going in the overhead.
The stroller gets gate checked. It should have been gate checked. The mother should have had ZERO problem with it.
Was the gate agent an ass? Definitely in the video. But none of us knows what happened prior to.
It is cute seeing USF and Rune on the same side of something. Guess they have both been fucked over by an airline? Maybe didn't get their peanuts?

and belittlements
.Clearly the offense is greater because they wrongly removed him.
Rune?
This is getting other-worldly.
So, another item of the same weight and dimensions would be practical with you? Or, maybe if she stuck it in a duffel bag first...would that appease your rage over the contents?
A.A. states it's OK......are you applying for a position as luggage police at A.A. or something?
I am just speaking from years and years and years of experience with airlines. While I can't say I have been on EVERY single flight ever, I have never seen a stroller go in the overhead. There is ZERO need for it in the overhead. Trust me the aisle is too narrow for mama to navigate with a stroller. She can carry her kid and the stroller will be waiting on the jetway.
We can go round and round if you like but your are fucking wrong.
In my opinion every individual in this story is a douche including the mom who completely overeacted and the gate agent and the douche in first class who wanted to be a tough guy for YouTube.
