I didn't say that the stroller wasn't allowed because it didn't fit.

I said it wasn't practical.

My 12 gauge shotgun will fit. But it ain't going in the overhead.

The stroller gets gate checked. It should have been gate checked. The mother should have had ZERO problem with it.

Was the gate agent an ass? Definitely in the video. But none of us knows what happened prior to.
 
It is cute seeing USF and Rune on the same side of something. Guess they have both been fucked over by an airline? Maybe didn't get their peanuts?

Let's say there is no breach of contract, he can still sue under tort law. They will argue they had a right to remove him, but the the counter of course is excessive force, etc.

So, another item of the same weight and dimensions would be practical with you? Or, maybe if she stuck it in a duffel bag first...would that appease your rage over the contents?

The point is, he can sue without the contract issue and the contract is worth pittance compared to the tort claim.

I am just speaking from years and years and years of experience with airlines. While I can't say I have been on EVERY single flight ever, I have never seen a stroller go in the overhead. There is ZERO need for it in the overhead. Trust me the aisle is too narrow for mama to navigate with a stroller. She can carry her kid and the stroller will be waiting on the jetway.

We can go round and round if you like but your are fucking wrong.

In my opinion every individual in this story is a douche including the mom who completely overeacted and the gate agent and the douche in first class who wanted to be a tough guy for YouTube.
