During testimony in many of these cases, I'm sure they admit that they were inspired to show up on Jan. 6 by trump.

Which is exactly why each piece of this puzzle is important.

We need to take the Pardon Power away from the Executive Branch. Trump has exposed the fatal flaw of the pardon power.
Presidents can use it to grant pardons to those who break the law to keep them in power. When our Founding Fathers granted the president that power, they never dreamed Trump would abuse it so.
And, believe me. Now that Pandora's Box has been opened, other presidents will abuse it the same way.

The pardon is a very bad privilege of the President.

We shouldn't judge the flaws in the system just because one criminal abused every aspect of the office.

It should be a learning experience for the voters. Pardons typically go through a lengthy process to discern qualification and feasibility.

trump simply put a price tag on pardons, and anyone with the money was accepted. Or as mentioned above...he rewarded those who didn't rat on him.
