Traitor Alan Hostetter sentenced today to 11.25 years in prison for J6 insurrection.

No they do not.

You are wrong. And stupid.

One person, the VP is not the decider of every election based on what they read on the internet, the day before certification.

Once the States certify the results, and submit them, the Vp's role is only to read them in to the Congressional record and not say 'I read something online that gives me doubts so i am throwing out these results'.

I get why a stupid person thinks that is how it works though.
they do.

that's what certify the election means.

wrong.

there is a chance for objections and debating those objections and possibly not certifying.

it;s not a rubber stamp, dumbass. words mean things.

"“A Lot of Friends in Every Industry”: How Did Jeffrey Epstein Charm Hollywood?

The mogul’s rolodex included not only political and financial powerhouses, but also A-listers including Ralph Fiennes, Courtney Love, Dustin Hoffman, and Jimmy Buffett—and even after he’d been convicted in 2008 for soliciting prostitution from underage girls, he and his alleged fixer still attended premiere parties and glamorous bashes.

... But Epstein didn’t just hang out with politicians and Manhattan socialites. In addition to the celebrities named above, Epstein’s alleged address book also included phone numbers for a stunning variety of performers and entertainment industry execs, including Alec Baldwin, David Blaine, Phil Collins, Richard Plepler, Chris Tucker, and famed agent Michael Ovitz. In 2002, Tucker and Kevin Spacey joined Epstein for a philanthropic trip to Africa, flying there on Epstein’s plane—an event that sparked the press’s interest in Epstein’s typically behind-the-scenes presence. (New York ran its profile after that trip, noting that ever since news of it broke, “the question of the day has been: Who in the world is Jeffrey Epstein?”

The roster of attendees to a 2010 party for Prince Andrew at Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse included an equally wide variety of names: reported guests like Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos, Charlie Rose, Woody Allen, and Chelsea Handler."

they do.

See, you prove why Derps need to shut and listen and stop talking.

You understand one part correctly and that is the 'certification of the electors' is what locks them in.

But you think COngress, the Senate and the VP certify them and they DO NOT.

They are certified by the State SoS before being sent in to Congress.

The VP opens them, and reads them in to the record and has NO POWER to unilaterally throw out State CERTIFIED electors.

So again, because you have no understanding of the Constitutional roles and are stupid, you will keep repeating wrong and stupid things such as not knowing the States certify and not Congress.

the senate has final say.

Wrong. The electors are certified by the State and that is final.

The Congress, and VP read it in to the congressional record but have no power to change what was already certified by the States.

Wrong. The Senate makes no decision once Electors are certified.

You do not understand the Constitution because you are stupid.

wrong.

there is a possibility of not certifying, of course non retards know this is implied in the duty to certify.

you're dumb as a fuckstick.

The electors arrived at the VP and Senate ALREADY certified. The VP has no power to decertify them.

YOu do not understand the Constitution and are stupid.

no. you are wrong.

there is a time for objections and objections were lodged.

then the deep state came in with guns, and forced the issue.
