They said he’d never be released!

You are either an idiot or in oblivious denial

Starting on pg 8 you'll find a cover letter telling Garcia that the Immigration courts found him deportable and that he has 30 days to appeal the decision, dated to 2019.

Then what follows is Garcia appealed the finding he was an MS 13 gang member and that was ruled against letting that finding stand.

So, he had his hearing. Was found to be an MS 13 gang member and ordered deported. He appealed and the ruling was left to stand meaning he could be deported as an MS 13 gang member.
FALSE.

You are LYING and STUPID and MISREPRESENTING what was done.

AI Summary:

No. Kilmar Abrego García was never formally found to be a member of MS-13 in any legitimate legal proceeding.

Here's what the public evidence shows:

Court Findings & Due Process

  • No criminal conviction or formal adjudication has ever declared Abrego García an MS-13 member. He has never been charged, tried, or convicted for gang membership. StatesmanThe GuardianPolitiFact
  • In immigration bond hearings (which use a lower standard than criminal trials), a judge denied bond in 2019, finding the government’s assertion—that a confidential informant claimed he was affiliated with MS-13—was “trustworthy enough” for custody purposes. These are not legal findings of guilty any more than being held on bond prior to trial is a finding of guilt. The findings were upheld on appeal. However, such rulings do not equate to legal confirmation of membership. PolitiFact+1

Judicial Review and Protections

  • Federal courts, including the Fourth Circuit, made clear that the government had not proven any gang affiliation. Judges described the evidence as "thin, to say the least," criticizing reliance on clothing or a single informant report. PolitiFactKSATAl Jazeera
  • Judge Paula Xinis ruled that labeling Abrego Garcia a gang member exposed him to mortal danger upon deportation — indicating the lack of credible evidence and the unlawfulness of his removal. FactCheck.orgWikipediaTIME

Public Statements vs. Legal Reality

  • Various officials, including former Vice President J.D. Vance, have publicly labeled Abrego García an MS-13 member. But multiple fact-checks and court opinions confirmed these statements are unsubstantiated and factually misleading. PolitiFact+1The Guardian

Bottom Line

No, Abrego García was never found to be an MS-13 member in any legal forum. At most, weaker claims about gang association were considered in immigration custody decisions, not in judicial findings or criminal convictions. Subsequent court rulings have affirmed the lack of sufficient evidence, and federal judges have ruled that the U.S. government failed to meet due process obligations in his case.

...
So u POS call Trump a rapist because a ""civil judge"" said he was....but u wont call this guy a MS-13 member after a judge ruled there was evidence that he was and the appeals court affirmed that ruling!

Yes because we have Civil Courts and Criminals Courts WHO BOTH RENDER FINDINGS.

Evidence being used to establish custody is NOT A FINDING.

Let me help you be less stupid.

This is the same as D.A going to a court to ask for a person to be held without bail pending a trial and the judge simply assesses if what the cop told him gives sufficient reason to hold the person. That person is STILL NOT guilty of anything. He HAS NOT been adjudicated and may be found not guilty in a trial or the cops could find other evidence of his innocence and later let him go.

YOu cannot then say BUT HE WAS ALREADY GUILTY AS THEY HELD HIM, unless you are stupid.

Whereas Trump is a adjudicated rapist. That is done and on the books and cited as 'Sexual Assault' which was then appealed and the Judge clarified it is the same as rape.

Yes you stupid fuck that is like any bail condition demanding a person be held BEFORE trial.

Do you understand that all sorts of people are held pre trial, and then found not guilty or charges are dropped as someone else if found and charged for that crime.

Are YOU SO STUPID that you would say, of that person released after being held, that regardless of them being found not guilty at trial or the charges dropped that because you could read a pre trial custody document that demanded they be held then they are still guilty of that crime.

And do not answer as you ARE THAT STUPID, yes.

He reported to ICE this morning. He'll probably be deported to Uganda.
And i am sure there is help lined up there already so he immediately gets on a plane to Costa Rica, meaning the US gov't who claimed to have this air tight case against such that they could have jailed him for the rest of his life gets NOTHING.

The wife beating illegal MS-13 terrorist who traffics in humans was offered Costa Rica and turned it down.

NASHVILLE —The Trump administration may deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda after he rejected a last-minute deal to remain in jail, plead guilty to human smuggling charges and be deported to Costa Rica, a legal notice filed Saturday by his attorneys said.

Does he even speak English? How long has he been in the United States? A Maryland Dad would speak English... And not need an interpreter to make a statement He had written for him...

Indeed.

He will be a citizen of Uganda or some other country soon. Just not a citizen of America...ever.

How long before some far left loon tries to defend criminality...and this criminal who beats his wife and traffics in human beings?

Morning TOP.

With President Trump's EO making English our official language, I don't believe these criminals who come to America will be getting free interpreters paid for by taxpayers...much longer.
