The Nation Is Divided Into Two Camps: Trump and Anti-Trump

That is the silver lining of his victory in the electoral college..

Ppl will mobilize & act against him~had she won some dems would grumble a bit about the trade deals, continued wealth flowing to the top etc, but wouldn't do a damn thing to call her on it.....

Exactly good brother.

God wanted Trump to win to wake up the complacent masses. Trump is the lesson this nation badly needed.

I wouldn't call myself pro Trump or anti Trump. I would have definitely preferred someone like Ted Cruz or Rand Paul as the president elect and didn't vote for Trump. I also don't think Donald Trump is probably going to help the cause of small government, constitutional conservatism but I do hope he does well and I'm glad Hillary Clinton was not elected. For me the best I can hope for is that there are some changes that benefit the country, that he federal government is shrunken down some, and that his decisions fall in line with the constitution. If it doesn't happen under Trump then that would be disappointing but I know none of that would happen under Clinton.

I didn't vote for either of them as well..........

Over 100 million eligible "Americans" wanted neither of them & didn't even bother to vote...

LOL I like you immensely Norah but I"m not here to be nice or be an echo chamber for you. I'm not trying to be mean either but I am being tough on you as I am challenging your thinking in a way that you're probably not used too. That and you do seem to be pretty bright. I've worked in the private sector for a long time but I have also worked within a regulated industry and have worked with government regulatory agencies for a long time. When I hear the kind of States rights arguments it's usually coming from ideologues who have little to no knowledge of these industries, why they are regulated, or how and why these regulatory agencies came into being or how they operate and impact government at the Federal, State and local level.

The ideologues are almost always wrong because they have little to no knowledge of the facts, circumstances and reality of dealing with these important issues.

norah don't let mott pull this "oh I am an adult, I've lived longer and have more worldly experience than you, and I am going to teach you the ways of the world and once you are properly politically educated you will agree with me card"

Mott is often quite retarded, plenty of us know this on JPP. He's from the failure state of ohio. Don't let him pull the wool over your eyes. He's probing you for weakness to see if you are willing to kick him in the proverbial cajones. I suggest you do so. Without mercy.

When you think of the unbridled hatred some here feel for Trump, it's very like one at least is going to be eaten up with this disease and keel over. The "Ewww Levels" are alarmingly screaming!

Perhaps this is a cautionary opportunity?

So you don't think that someone would have a better appreciation for how food is produced if they took the time to plant and grow their own food?

Often people in metropolitan areas focus on the acquisition of food as opposed to the production of it. See: food deserts.

Some of that is changing as more metropolitan communities are turning to growing their own food.

I have three questions for you please.

1. Do you believe that too many people are spending too much time on their phones and surrounded by technologies that disconnect them from the real world?
2. Do you believe that if those same people went outside and just simply went outside and drove a four wheeler around some pretty land and had some fun that it would be more beneficial to them than liking something on Facebook?
3. Do you think if those people put down their phone, went outside and planted a crop that they could then nurture, harvest and then eat that they would have a better appreciation for the process?

@OP:

Talk is cheap. I have heard this cheap talk from you for a year now. "There is no way trump can win", "trump doesn't represent america", "impossible for him to be elected," - and lo and behold he's president now.

Perhaps you should stop being a hypcorite. You are a socialist that is butthurt that a corporatist neocon war monger wasn't elected president.

In any case, lets see you start a thread when you actually have a real result. Lets see you block a supreme court nominee for example. Lets see you manifest actual resistance beyond the occasional hippie march no one gives a shit about.

Cause right now all I see is delusional words, scared words, words of projection. You betray your inner pain and suffering. It's written on your face.

Talk is cheap. Lets see results. Until then, I think I am going to call you CheapTalk, because that is what you are.

You hang in there Norah. I still don't want some bureaucrat in DC making laws for us here even though they have no clue as to what's going on here. This one size fits all government is something I've fought (with my pen, voice and vote) ever since I was old enough to see what was what. You hang in there and learn all about it. I appreciate young people like you who can participate in discussions like this with people who oppose you, sometimes vehemently, sometimes with vulgarities, and maintain grace and poise. Let me encourage you to keep it up.

Is it really a faceless bureaucrat or lobbyist fighting for the interests of their clients??
