No the difference is Trump was found liable for his crimes and she will walk free. That is because her prosecution is malicious, which is why no prosecutor with any experience would file it, and Trump had to bring in his personal insurance lawyer to do it. And Trumps verdict was righteous as per the findings of the judge and appeals court.

There is a reason the list of Trump Admin, Trump Campaign and Trump Lawyers, and Trump himself all have a long and growing list of indictments that end up in findings of Fraud or other crimes. It takes pages to list them all.

There is a reason going back to Bill Clinton and the countless investigations of him, Obama, Hillary, and Biden they have so few convictions i can list it in few bullets:
