The James scandal just keeps on giving

She was breaking through the door that stood between the Trump rabid mobs and the politicians. Her shooting may have saved many politicians' lives.
She didn't break anything she came through a window that someone else broke. There was a thick oak door between her and the politicians and she had no tools to break in. She was totally unarmed.

@T. A. Gardner is a the perfect example of a cultist.

He will state Trump did not break any laws in any of the cases such as the fraud verdict James got against him and he will say 'No Victim, No crime', and even when you quote the exact law stating 'this law does not require a victim', he will keep repeating himself.

He is not saying 'i disagree with this law but understand it is a law', which would be fine. Nope Terry simply denies the law exists or believes his belief makes the law invalid and therefore Trump did not actually commit a crime because Terry does not like that law and believe it valid.

That is a cultist. They deny reality when it runs contrary to their Dear Leader. He does not poop because he says he does not and Terry will accept no other reality.
Actually, I've been consistent here. I have stated that in Bragg's case, he applied the law in a way never done before twisting it into a pretzel and using a thought crime as the underlying evidence to elevate the charges into felonies. I further stated he used charge stacking.

In Jame's case, she brought a civil suit, so "fraud" is not something being charged in it. Fraud is a criminal charge, not a civil one. Her claim was someone--unidentified--was harmed by Trump's mischaracterizing the value of his real estate as collateral in a private bank loan that the banks stated they had done their own due diligence and made the loan on that basis. They further stated Trump paid them back in full.

So far, James' damages award has been tossed out totally on appeal. That is, James for all intents lost the case on appeal since damages are all you can get from a civil suit. The appeals court leaving the judgement in place is meaningless since there were no damages awarded and that judgement carries no further weight towards anything.

You can argue it, but you are wrong. The guidelines say so. Byrd fled nowhere.

I can argue it because I trained to it more than once.

Byrd was an incompetent police officer that was kept on the Capitol police force by DEI

Lies. you are such a deeply stupid person it is hard to highlight the most stupid but i will try... see your bolded above.

here again are the laws Trump was charged with breaking by Letisha James you will note, that no matter how many times you say a finding of Fraud did not happen as you claim there is no Fraud in the civil Statutes an Attorney General can use YOU ARE WRONG AND LYING...

  • New York Executive Law § 63(12) — The complaint alleges that Trump and related parties “engaged in years of financial fraud” by issuing false statements of financial condition, over 200 valuations of assets, etc. New York State Attorney General+2Wikipedia+2
  • Additional state-law violations alleged include submission of false financial statements to banks/insurers and insurance fraud.
The New York civil fraud case brought by Attorney General Letitia James resulted in a formal judicial finding of fraud against Donald Trump, his adult sons, and the Trump Organization.

Here’s the breakdown of what that means legally and factually:

⚖️ The Legal Finding

  • Court: New York Supreme Court (Justice Arthur Engoron)
  • Statute used: Executive Law § 63(12) — New York’s civil anti-fraud statute
  • Finding: Liability for persistent and repeated fraud

Judge Engoron ruled in September 2023 (summary judgment) — before trial even began — that Trump, his company, and key executives were liable for fraud. The judge concluded that the evidence overwhelmingly showed they had grossly inflated and deflated asset values in their “Statements of Financial Condition” for years to mislead lenders and insurers.

This decision means:

The court officially determined that the defendants committed fraudulent acts under New York law.

The investigation into Babbit's killing has been well documented, well investigated and the cop who shot her climbing through a broken window has been cleared.

Nothing any MAGA troll wants to make up can change that.
She was defacto murdered based on two actions by Byrd, the officer that shot her:

1. Byrd failed to follow federal use of force guidelines in shooting her.

2. Byrd fled the scene after shooting her.
The cop was investigated and cleared. You have zero clue what you're talking about and want to persecute the cop because he interfered with your violent coup attempt.

Those doing the "investigation" had a vested interest in seeing Byrd cleared and the matter swept under the rug.

Nothing Jan 6 conspiracy theorists can do to change that.

Byrd was cleared by an internal investigation that wanted a predetermined outcome.

There are multiple videos so show me a video that proves that Byrd warned her. Arresting her would have been the appropriate thing to do not murdering her.

The stupid duo trying to out do one another. Nice.

Ashleys shooting was one of the most righteous cop shoots we have seen filmed start to end.

A mob does not just have control of the weapons in their hands but also the weapons of every cop they manage to encircle and subdue as so many Capital police testified. Once encircled your fire arm is at the mobs discretion and becomes their weapon.

Byrd and those he was charged with protecting had been on continuous retreat until they got to the location where they felt they had to stand their ground. At that point THEY CANNOT allow the violent rioters to flow into the room and surround them as they then lose control of their weapons and the people they are charged with protecting.

As the right likes to say Ashley fucked around and found out, something magats love to say to others on the end of cops doing their job, when provoked.

Byrd should get a medal for his act of bravery.
