I think that is a good assessment, but I haven't seen any evidence yet.

I doubt the cases will be dismissed for malicious prosecution, that is a very high burden.... although in Comey's cause I think its a close one with that tweet by Trump telling "Pam" to do it.

My guess is that Comey and James will be acquitted, but I have not seen the evidence yet, and nobody even really knows what facts Comey is charged with lying about.
