The Debt Limit Debate

This is so exciting, the prospect of America fucking itself up completely from within! Let the good times roll!

As goes America, so goes Canada and the rest of the world. Only a brain dead 13 year old dipshit from Canada would yell yippee-ki-yay about an American implosion.

Well, brain dead asshat Libtards would to, but they're even less relevant than 13 year old Canadian dipshits.

How many times did Shrub raise the cap? 67 IIRC. Where was all the fuss then? Idiots must be ashamed.

Where was all the fuss ?....;Right in front of you asshole...
The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. … Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that “the buck stops here.” Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better....Obama

I say again: so what? times change. situations change. people change. Should the GOP be held to statements made by Senate Candidate Abe Lincoln regarding slavery? just curious.

Here come the strawmen......lol......when you get the lefties by the throat and shove their heads back up their asses when they belong....

the strawman shows us......maine man ?......MAIN FOOL!

and whether you agree or not, the view from the Oval Office is a lot different than the one from the Senate chamber.

If the asshole didn't realize that as a Senator, he should never have been elected president...

so we should always hold presidents to the statements they made as candidates for the office? Is that your stance?

For the most part....but as you say, times change, issues change, etc....but as this issue goes, its the same issue, the debt limit.

again... if Obama had flip flopped from supporting the extension of the debt ceiling as a senator to not supporting it as a president, you'd be applauding his "inconsistency".

More strawman crap...

for you to claim to know the workings of the man's mind and the rationale behind his altered position is the mark of profound arrogance and stupidity, imo.

Not really Seaman, its not arrogance or stupidity....its common sense....Obama is a psycho hypocrite....and hes shown proved it numberous times since 2008....

Coming from an economically clueless buffoon like you, this is the pinnacle of irony.

Where did you study economics and what is your degree in?

You’re an incredibly ignorant buffoon and lacking the ability to even put together two coherent sentences.

I am 59; and I would be happy to mop the floor with your head any day in a debate about economics or history. Unfortunately for you, you’re too stupid to be able to take up the challenge with your tin foil hat notions about how the real world works.

I have a degree in business/finance and graduated with honors. I have worked for some of the most successful companies in this country and supervised staffs of over 30 people making six figures. I have run my own business since 2004 and have a very nice home in a lovely area of Ventura California and plan to retire debt free on a 60 foot yacht. My wife has an MBA and a CPA and also earns six figures. I have been to almost every state in the union, lived in the SE, the NE, the Midwest and the West Coast. I have traveled all over Europe, been to the Caribbean, Mexico, Thailand and Cambodia.

I’d gladly put my experience, education and income against yours any day of the week.

Now did you have a point to this clueless post or just wanted some friggen cheese to go with your effeminate whine?

And I am Miss America, see how easy it is to lie on an anonymous forum!
