What I am trying to figure out is whether there is any mature intelligence behind your rather shopworn array of schoolyard insults. My current inclination is to go with "no".

What I am trying to figure out is whether there is any mature intelligence behind your rather shopworn array of false moronic leftist talking points. My current inclination is to go with "no".

boring and totally unoriginal... like most everything you post. plagiarist.

Copying what he says?

What are you, 7 years old?

it's no wonder MM can't get an educated answer out of you.

Another asshat leftist troll; what a shocker. If you think Mzm has made intelligent comments on this thread, you might be dumber than he is. Oh wait, you are, because you're an asshat.

The boring one is you with your predictable moronic drone and desperate defense of this repulsive partisan idiot of a President. But then, you're an idiot. Of course you would be a boring troll desperately trying to drag the thread off topic.

who wouldn't know what leadership is if it walked up and introduced itself to him.

And you wouldn't know what a sound economic policy was unless it came up slapped you upside the head. This is why Keynes wiped his ass with Friedman.

You are incredibly infantile and immature. Did you ever answer me when I asked you if you were 17?

You got educated answers; but then you keep making asinine responses that are anything but educated. Moron.

i have yet to get any answer from you that was indicative of an educational level above high school. sorry.

I honestly think I spent more time in line at the book store in graduate school than you have in any form of higher education. that's just the way it is.

Coming from an economically clueless buffoon like you, this is the pinnacle of irony.

Where did you study economics and what is your degree in?

You are incredibly infantile and immature. Did you ever answer me when I asked you if you were 17?

You’re an incredibly ignorant buffoon and lacking the ability to even put together two coherent sentences.

I am 59; and I would be happy to mop the floor with your head any day in a debate about economics or history. Unfortunately for you, you’re too stupid to be able to take up the challenge with your tin foil hat notions about how the real world works.

I have a degree in business/finance and graduated with honors. I have worked for some of the most successful companies in this country and supervised staffs of over 30 people making six figures. I have run my own business since 2004 and have a very nice home in a lovely area of Ventura California and plan to retire debt free on a 60 foot yacht. My wife has an MBA and a CPA and also earns six figures. I have been to almost every state in the union, lived in the SE, the NE, the Midwest and the West Coast. I have traveled all over Europe, been to the Caribbean, Mexico, Thailand and Cambodia.

I’d gladly put my experience, education and income against yours any day of the week.

Now did you have a point to this clueless post or just wanted some friggen cheese to go with your effeminate whine?

That's because you are a clueless gullible moron who parrots idiot leftist talking points like a brain dead buffoon.

Hell, you have been given links and facts and still you utter incredibly stupid claims that cannot be supported by anything remotely connected to the truth.

You’re the reason wise people say that you cannot argue with an idiot; they will just try to drag you down to their level, and then beat you with experience.

You’re the poster child of ignorance.

You’re a caricature of the low information fools who voted for the most inept, inexperienced, arrogant hyper partisan buffoon to ever sit in the white house for no better reason than he was a person of color campaigning on an empty slogan of hope and change.

Rioght, so it's maineman's fault you can't respond with anything other than the standard RightWing talking points, petty insults and derision.

That's what I love about you "personal responsibility" guys...it's always someone else's fault.

Wrong dumbass; if you were paying attention and had even half a brain, you would see that the facts have been debated by me but your dipshit assclown buddy is immune from them.

But you're just a thread troll uninterested in engaging and merely want to engage in an effeminate whine about right wingers.

Run along dipshit; you're truly not worth the bandwidth.

Once again for the brain dead leftard dumbasses of this forum who desperately defend the idiot talking points of this President.

Here is what he said as a Senator when he voted AGAINST raising the debt limit:

The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. … Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that “the buck stops here.” Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.

And he was wrong.

Also, too, there is no debt ceiling debate. There is only a debate about whether the Republicans should be granted concessions for doing something they think they ought to do anyway. And there really isn't much of a debate about that either.

I think he was 100% right but wrong in his assertion that Bush lacked in leadership.

What we have now is a complete lack of leadership and irresponsible desire to continue trillion dollar deficits. Something hypocrites in the Democrat Party claimed was untenable during the Bush Presidency when deficits were 60% lower.

Republicans aren't trying to get concessions; they are demanding fiscal restraint and rescinding of Obamacare passed by a partisan Congress with little debate against the will of the people. The reason Republicans won back the House in 2010 after four short years of Democrat control can be directly attributed to this fact and the fear Americans had over Democrat hegemony.

To "continue trillion dollar deficit" you first have to have a trillion dollar deficit. We will not have a trillion dollar deficit in FY13 and are not projected to have a trillion dollar deficit any fiscal year for at least the next 10 years. So . . .

I guess it depends on which estimate from the CBO you want to believe. Frankly I think CBO projections are about as moronic as many of your talking points.

But if you think under a trillion is progress; you're a bigger dullard than I thought you were.

http://www.cbo.gov/publication/43907

But here is the laughable part about CBO projections that you are so gullibly willing to believe:

February 2013 CBO:

If the current laws that govern federal taxes and spending do not change, the budget deficit will shrink this year to $845 billion, or 5.3 percent of gross domestic product (GDP), its smallest size since 2008.

March 2013 CBO:

CBO, incorporating estimates by the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) for the President’s tax proposals estimates that enactment of the President’s proposals would have the following consequences for the budget:

The deficit in 2012 would equal $1.3 trillion (or 8.1 percent of gross domestic product), $82 billion more than the 2012 deficit projected in CBO’s baseline.

In 2013, the deficit would decline to $977 billion (or 6.1 percent of GDP), $365 billion more than the shortfall projected for 2013 in CBO’s baseline.

May 14th 2013 CBO:

If the current laws that govern federal taxes and spending do not change, the budget deficit will shrink this year to $642 billion, CBO estimates, the smallest shortfall since 2008

But if I look at the gross federal debt from 2012 to 2013; it indicates an increase of $1.1 trillion. If debt increases $1.1 trillion, how can the deficit be projected to be much less at $642 billion?

I think I would wait to see the REAL numbers rather than the wishful thinking of the CBO; which tends to be partisan.
