The Almighty
Now you're trying to pull this into another theological debate, and that's not what I am interested in here. The first problem is, you are attempting to define "believe in" as meaning someone has to hold a particularly literal viewpoint you have established, and that is just not factually or logically accurate to assume. People believe all kinds of things, and interpret things in different ways. The Bible is very complex, and difficult to completely get your mind around... that's why they have SEMINARY schools! This is why colleges and universities have entire courses on comparative religious studies, and why millions of books and articles are written on the subject. You are quoting passages from the Old Testament, and generally speaking, those are the "Pre-Jesus" teachings of Christianity, before the Reformation, before Jesus died for our sins... these are presented in The Bible to give a complete history and guideline for Christian followers, so they know the whole story, where they came from and how things were in the beginning, so that they better understand Jesus' teachings, and why it was so important. It all goes together as one... you are trying to parse it, then argue it on 'stand-alone' merit, which is intellectually dishonest. I won't engage you in an intellectually dishonest debate on theology. Sorry.
ROFLMAO.... so you quote the bible and tell us ALL CHRISTIANS MUST BELIEVE IN ALL OF THE BIBLE AND CANNOT PICK AND CHOOSE. I respond with OTHER quotes from the bible and ask YOU if all Christians MUST believe in those quotes as well and YOU run away and claim I am trying to start a theological debate?
How the FUCK can anyone counter your stupid claims in a manner that you WILL address the issue YOU brought up?
Also moron.... YOU quoted Deuteronomy.... I QUOTED DEUTERONOMY. Fucking idiot.
