I am also blessed, I tend to surround myself with people who don't force an opinion I don't have onto me because they want to believe that I am "evil" in some way, it is really quite a blessing.

You assumed something about what I said and were wrong. I was reminiscing, his post made me think of an uncomfortable experience and I shared it. It is something I would use to empathize with women. Unpleasant, unnecessary, medical procedures are not something I support.

I also included what I actually believe we should fight for rather than the sorry choice of kill or be an incubator, I notice you cut that out of what you quote, because you want to believe I am "bad" in some way and wish you "harm" by "forcing" you into something I decidedly do not want you ever to be forced into.

The very definition of Rape under Federal Law is “The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

By Federal definition these States have committed Rape.

Whilst definitely being against this, I cannot see how it can be defined as rape. Unless you are saying that the woman is held down and it is performed against her will. You may legitimately say that she has Hobson's choice in the matter but defining it as rape is just overblown rhetoric.

Again, I was reminiscing, not promoting an opinion. I even noted that it really had nothing to do with the thread. I think both sides of this particular argument are vulgar, and in a better future will be seen as the barbaric choice of the early 21st century, and present a different opinion as to what we should do as a society. There really is more than one option, and better ones than the false choice of "be an incubator or kill".
 
I forgot to ban Tom from a rape thread, what do you know. Well, now we can be treated to both Damo (internet transvaginal expert) and Tom (biggest rape apologist on the board) explaining why this isn't rape and really isn't so bad.

I am only pointing out what the union folk at my own company say. If you believe it isn't reality, that's cool. If I were forced to join the union I would immediately resign from it and become what they call a "donator"... They get a smaller portion of my check and if they go on strike I'm not included. I don't get to vote, but still have to pay. The smaller portion is supposedly "minus" what they give to political parties. I'm not personally anti-union, but I am against any entity that takes my money and uses it to push political beliefs that are contrary to my own.

The guys at Honda understand that actually making a profit is important to their continued employment and promises of a retirement that they'll never see don't hold much water when compared to putting food in front of their families.

That's a complete strawman. It also shows your contempt for these people (union workers). Do you think these UAW people make this kind of money by being stupid, lazy and unproductive? If not deliberately than by proxy you attempt to propagate an utterly false stereotype of the stupid line worker fit to do not much more than push a broom. You don't think they don't know that profits count? I'm pretty sure they are fully aware of that and that fact that most of them make as much or more than you do is probably a good indicator that these are not stupid people. Auto plants aren't what they were in 1970 Damo. Nowadays you have a shit load of people working that assembly line a who have advanced training in technical and trade programs and quite a few with college degrees. That's because working the floor now requires a hell of a lot more technical expertise and most of those people on the floor have a pretty solid skill set and they produce.....and they produce in spaids in a mutually benificial manner with the company and the fact that they do PRODUCE gives them a place at the tabble. So you're a fool and uniformed if you try to pimp this off as "Ya'll pay to much for your broom pushers."

So that's a pretty big false premis you're working with. If you think that these UAW guys are a bunch of broom pushing pimps, then you need to spend some time out on the floor of a car factory and get humbled. These people have earned their place at the table and those who are not of the capitalist class who think other wise are damned fools who deserve minimum wage.

Because he had a "do you want this up your butt" post that reminded me of that experience, and to point out that thing the dude was holding is absolutely huge compared to what I had seen used on my wife. It has more the appearance of ones used by the large animal vet in our area than something used by a human doctor.

You keep asking that, rather than reading what I wrote. Is it because you too want to give me my opinion and argue how evil it is?

Attempting to say "rooted in reality" as an excuse for the conscious decision to kill when there are other options that can bring the same result is one of the weakest arguments I have ever heard against it.
