You don't have to encourage the Saudis to kill people that have a different opinion. A lot of this is sharia law and religion and it's been going on for 1600 years. As for Putin and his ilk, there has been a great weeping and gnashing of teeth by the left about him, and what have they gained? Kim Jung-Un is an escaped mental patient that Dr. Trump has pretty much subdued with therapy and patience. All of the hand wringing over this guy is the equivalent to the left's objection to "thoughts and prayers" for mass shooting victims, The right thinks it's stupid and accomplishes nothing(a caveat here, I think "thoughts and prayers" can provide comfort)
