Yeah, it's true. I do get a little frustrated when women's rights are set back decades.
There was never a Constitutional right to abortion.
The S. C. just said so.
Tape that to your forehead.

Oh....so women didn't just see their rights go back to the dark ages?
Okey dokey. I'm sure that's comforting for lots of women today.
Yeah. Women don't like to be told what they can't do. You're an incel. You don't realize that. You will in 22 and 24.
Is that a personal preference of yours? You seem like the perverted type.
LurchAddams said:Nope. In Louisiana there are no "carve-outs". It's just murder now for both the mom and doc.
me said:wrong. here is the law - http://www.legis.la.gov/Legis/ViewDo....aspx?d=405723
the loser said:They tried to. It was overturned. Good. That's one good thing in this nightmare.

perhaps he was convinced by the arguments. that kind of is the point of arguments after all.
they abstain for conflicts of interests. There job is to vote on the case and issue an opinion
why do you believe women are incapable of being responsible?
why do you believe women are incapable of being responsible?
It does baffle me why Kavanaugh said R v W was settled law, yet voted against it anyway. I don't understand why SCOTUS justices can't recuse themselves or abstain.
I don't think so... If the past few months where it would have made some difference before the decision came down there just wasn't evidence of what you predict here. I honestly don't know what it will look like, but I don't believe that it isn't going to be what you say here.
Justice Clarence Thomas, writes that the Supreme Court should "reconsider" the rulings that currently protect the right to buy and use contraceptives without government restriction, the right to a same-sex relationship, and the right to same-sex marriage. Thomas and the supreme court should also reconsider the ruling on Loving v. Virginia too?!! Roe is just the bringing, better get out and vote in November!
You will never know the pleasure of a woman's touch.
Meanwhile, I still have the scent of the one I was with on me from last night.
That's pure strawman, that is.
Time to restructure the SCOTUS
Kick a few off the court like Thomas and Kavanaugh
Then increase the size
The Republican Party needs to die for all its crimes
