Roe V Wade has been overturned.

Enumerated powers are the powers granted to the Federal government, and specifically Congress, which are mostly listed in Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.

Abortion is not one of the enumerated powers.

Who has the rights that are not enumerated to the Federal Government...anyone?

Nope. In Louisiana there are no "carve-outs". It's just murder now for both the mom and doc.

They tried to. It was overturned. Good. That's one good thing in this nightmare.

that link said nothing about your lie about "In Louisiana there are no "carve-outs". Also it was never even a law

Have you ever actually touched an adult woman's breast since you've been one?

It does baffle me why Kavanaugh said R v W was settled law, yet voted against it anyway. I don't understand why SCOTUS justices can't recuse themselves or abstain.

Both kavanaugh and gorsuch swore under oath that they considered Roe to be settled law. They voted against it because they're hypocrites.

I don't think so... If the past few months where it would have made some difference before the decision came down there just wasn't evidence of what you predict here. I honestly don't know what it will look like, but I don't believe that it isn't going to be what you say here.

It wont. Its just the usual Dutch bluster talk. All bullshit with no backup.

Time to restructure the SCOTUS

Kick a few off the court like Thomas and Kavanaugh

Then increase the size

The Republican Party needs to die for all its crimes

Justice Clarence Thomas, writes that the Supreme Court should "reconsider" the rulings that currently protect the right to buy and use contraceptives without government restriction, the right to a same-sex relationship, and the right to same-sex marriage. Thomas and the supreme court should also reconsider the ruling on Loving v. Virginia too?!! Roe is just the bringing, better get out and vote in November!

That's fucking bullshit Kenny, explain how a black man would want to rescind Loving v Virginia when he's married to a white woman ffs?
