agree. Ginsberg once said (2017) that Roe stopped the political process.
It did, except for challenges to restrictions - now I dont know if even draconian regs can be challenged.

Also there will be later and later late term abortions for the same reason.
Congress needs to act -but you know how that works (not much)

your citation was way before your party became the party of idiots, Garland is very partisan now only prosecuting by party preference, regardless of what he might have been, he is a piece of shit now

They want to imprison Garland for doing his job. It's more evidence they support a RW authoritarian Federal government. Notice how many of them support Putin just like Trump does....and for the same reasons, IMO.

Prove it. The facts indicated Trump planned and executed a coup. Several militia members are up on sedition charges and I expect those charges to spread out to all the planners.

The Attorney General of the United States, regardless who appointed him, has a duty to prosecute crimes.
