[h=1]Mother was mutilated and murdered by ISIS for breastfeeding her baby in public after another woman spotted the child under her burkha in Syria[/h]
  • Mother caught breastfeeding in Raqqa by ISIS's all-female police
  • Despite holding son under her burqa, al-Khansaa Brigade objected
  • Woman was mutilated before she was killed by al-Khansaa 'officers'
  • ISIS-linked social media sites said she had 'violated public decency'

A woman has been brutally murdered by ISIS's female police for breastfeeding her child in public, according to witness reports.
The woman had been breastfeeding her son under the cover of her burqa, in Raqqa, northern Syria when she was spotted by ISIS's feared women police force; the al-Khansaa Brigade.

Despite shielding herself and the child from public view under her full-veil burqa, the Al-Khansaa Brigade ruled she had been 'violating public decency'.

'An ISIS policewoman took the baby, gave it to another woman, and then killed the mother,' Aisha, a former Raqqa resident now living Turkey, told the Sunday Times.

The mother was reportedly mutilated before she was murdered, according to ISIS-linked social media accounts, where it was proclaimed the victim had 'violated public decency'

The al-Khansaa Brigade is an all-women militia set up by ISIS just over a year ago and functions as the terror group's 'moral police' in it's self-proclaimed 'capital' Raqqa.
Covered in black from head-to-toe and wielding automatic weapons, the group has been accused of doling out savage beatings on the streets of Raqqa and spying on its citizens.

They are said to mercilessly patrol the streets of the terror group's adopted capital and has previously declared children as young as nine should be married, women should obey men – who are their masters – and remain 'hidden and veiled' at all times.

Muslims Hold Walkout Protest for More Prayer Time at CO Meat Plant – Get Fired

Cargill could not be reached for comment Wednesday night. Last week, Mike Martin, director of communications for Cargill, told the Greeley Tribune that employees of all faiths are allowed to use a reflection area, but that because employees work on an assembly line only one or two at a time can use the area, to avoid slowing production.

About 190 workers, most of them immigrants from Somalia, have been fired from a meat packing and distribution plant on Colorado's Eastern Plains for walking off the job to protest a workplace prayer dispute.

Ten days ago more than 200 workers walked off their jobs at Cargill Meat Solutions in Fort Morgan.

Some workers later returned, but the majority stayed away as representatives of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) negotiated on their behalf. On Tuesday Cargill, through its attorneys, fired the workers who were holding out, said Jaylani Hussein, a spokesman and executive director of CAIR.

Cargill is a Kansas-based company.

Some of the fired employees have been working at the plant for up to 10 years, Hussein said. Cargill had previously allowed Muslim employees to pray at the plant, even providing a prayer room, he said.

Depending on the season, the Muslim workers prayed at different times of the day, typically in about five-to-10 minute blocks, Hussein said. But recently a decision was made at the plant to change the practice. "The workers were told: 'If you want to pray, go home,' " Hussein said.

Many of the workers, some who support family with their earnings, banded together and decided to walk off the job in an attempt to sway plant managers to reinstate a prayer schedule.

Hussein and Jenifer Wicks, also of CAIR, were negotiating with Cargill. On Tuesday, they were told of the mass firing. Hussein said company officials told him the mass dismissal was over a "no call, no show, walk out." "It's disappointing," Hussein said.

The workers have previously been using time carved out of a 15-minute break period, or time from their unpaid 30-minute lunch break. Cargill has a policy stating that any workers who are terminated can not reapply for a position for 6 months.

He told the Tribune company policies had not changed.

[h=1]ISIS Lover Emanuel Lutchman Planned New Year's Machete Attack:FBI[/h]

Federal officials in Rochester, New York, have arrested and charged a local man who was allegedly plotting a New Year's Eve machete attack on diners at a local restaurant in the name of ISIS.

Emanuel Lutchman, 25, an ex-con Muslim convert with mental issues, was charged with attempting to provide material support to the terrorist group, federal prosecutors said.

Emanuel Lutchman in a booking photo taken on Dec. 24, 2013. Department of Corrections The FBI says he had pledged allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, wanted to leave to U.S. to live in the caliphate, and was in contact with a reputed ISIS member in Syria — who urged him to kill non-Muslims on the holiday.

"New years [sic] is here soon. Do operations and kill some kuffar," the overseas contact told him, the court papers allege.

Lutchman's grandmother, Beverley Carridice, told NBC News he had been plagued by psychiatric problems since childhood and had recently stabbed himself in the stomach during a suicide attempt.

Raised as a Christian, he converted to Islam while serving a five-year prison sentence for robbery, she said, adding that she had never heard him express any radical thoughts or admiration for ISIS.

He called her after his arrest and said "it was a sting...they set him up," Carridice said. Lutchman was nabbed with the help of confidential informants who received thousands of dollars from the FBI. One of them paid for the masks, zip-ties, knives, duct tape, ammonia and latex gloves that were allegedly supposed to be used in the attack, the court documents show.

In his conversations with the informants, Lutchman allegedly discussed using pressure cooker bombs or knives in an attack meant to impress his ISIS handlers, the complaint said.

"[T]hat's what my plan, that's on my mind, that's all I been thinking about," he said. "'Cause I'm getting amped up, to accept the fact that's what I gotta do."

On Dec. 28, he allegedly told an informant he wanted to sneak a bomb into a club or bar, kidnap a couple of people and kill them. "I will take a life. I don't have a problem with that," he said.

The FBI arrested Lutchman on Wednesday and seized a video in which he swore allegiance to al-Baghdadi and claimed responsibility for the planned attack, authorities said.

Lutchman's grandmother said he is the married father of a 2-year-old boy. He had been having marital problems and had recently distanced himself from other family members. She last saw him in August when he visited her in Florida. He was not taking his psychiatric medications at the time, she said. She said did not believe her grandson could have masterminded an attack. "Not on his own," she said. "He's not the type of person. But he's easily persuaded." "His whole life is ruined," she said, crying.

"The FBI thwarted Emanuel Lutchman's intent to kill civilians on New Year's Eve," said Special Agent in Charge Adam Cohen of the bureau's Buffalo division. "The FBI remains concerned about people overseas who use the Internet to inspire people in the United States to commit acts of violence where they live.

Somalian-American Teen Punches Teacher in Face, Police Say, After Joke 17-Year-Old Didn’t Take Kindly to

A Wisconsin teenager could face up to 3 1/2 years in prison after allegedly punching one of his high school teachers in the face.

Ridwaan Mohamud (Image source: Brown County Jail)

Ridwaan H. Mohamud, 17, a student at Southwest High School in Green Bay, was being counseled by the teacher on Friday about getting picked on by other students. The male teacher, who was not named, made a joke that he would be willing to date the student, meaning it as a way to tell Mohamud that he isn’t ugly, according to the Green Bay Press Gazette.

The student’s family told WBAY-TV that as someone from a Somalian background, the perceived homosexual comment was offensive.

However, the school’s associate principal, Jeff Vanlannen, told police that he, too, believes the teacher was not making advances on the student.

But while Mohamud’s mother tried to calm his anger over the weekend, Mohamud walked into class on Monday, called out the teacher’s name as he approached him, and then punched him in the face. The teacher did not try to defend himself.

Mohamud is charged with substantial battery and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he could face up to 3 1/2 years in prison.
Mohamud was released from jail after promising to appear in court. He will be tried as an adult.

[h=1]Saudi Arabia beheaded 157 people in 2015, most executions in 20 years[/h]

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Saudi Arabia carried out at least 157 executions in 2015, with beheadings reaching their highest level in the kingdom in two decades, according to several advocacy groups that monitor the death penalty worldwide.

Coinciding with the rise in executions is the number of people executed for non-lethal offenses that judges have wide discretion to rule on, particularly for drug-related crimes.

Rights group Amnesty International said in November that at least 63 people had been executed since the start of the year for drug-related offenses. That figure made for at least 40 percent of the total number of executions in 2015, compared to less than four percent for drug-related executions in 2010. Amnesty said Saudi Arabia had exceeded its highest level of executions since 1995, when 192 executions were recorded.

But while some crimes, such as premeditated murder, may carry fixed punishments under Saudi Arabia's interpretation of the Islamic law, or Shariah, drug-related offenses are considered "ta'zir", meaning neither the crime nor the punishment is defined in Islam.

Discretionary judgments for "ta'zir" crimes have led to arbitrary rulings with contentious outcomes.

In a lengthy report issued in August, Amnesty International noted the case of Lafi al-Shammari, a Saudi national with no previous criminal record who was executed in mid-2015 for drug trafficking. The person arrested with him and charged with the same offenses received a 10-year prison sentence, despite having prior arrests related to drug trafficking.

Human Rights Watch found that of the first 100 prisoners executed in 2015, 56 had been based on judicial discretion and not for crimes for which Islamic law mandates a specific death penalty punishment.

Shariah scholars hold vastly different views on the application of the death penalty, particularly for cases of "ta'zir."

Delphine Lourtau, research director at Cornell Law School's Death Penalty Worldwide, adds that there are Shariah law experts "whose views are that procedural safeguards surrounding capital punishment are so stringent that they make death penalty almost virtually impossible."

She says in Saudi Arabia, defendants are not provided defense lawyers and in numerous cases of South Asians arrested for drug trafficking, they are not provided translators in court hearings. She said there are also questions "over the degree of influence the executive has on trial outcomes" when it comes to cases where Shiite activists are sentenced to death.

Emory Law professor and Shariah scholar Abdullahi An-Naim said because there is an "inherent infallibility in court systems," no judicial system can claim to enforce an immutable, infallible form of Shariah.

"There is a gap between what Islam is and what Islam is as understood by human beings," he said. "Shariah was never intended to be coercively applied by the state."

[h=1]Feds Go Looking for ISIS, Find Child Porn Instead[/h]Ameer Abu-Hammad allegedly asked agents if they would search his phone for “other stuff” after he posted about jihad on Facebook. Oops.

A North Carolina man suspected of providing material support to ISIS, Hamas, and a branch of al Qaeda was instead busted for child porn.

In October, federal agents searched 18-year-old Ameer Abu-Hammad’s home and electronic devices seeking evidence that he was providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization. When agents confronted Abu-Hammad at college, he asked them if they would also search his phone for “other stuff,” according to a criminal complaint.

“The agents asked him to clarify and soon afterwards, he admitted that he had additionally used the phone to view pornogrpahy online that included minors,” the complaint continues, adding that Abu-Hammad allegedly said he prefered his laptop for adult porn and his phone for kid porn.

“The youngest child he recalled having seen within pornographic images was a child of approximately 9 or 10 years of age,” the complaint said. “Hammad admitted that he had been viewing child pornography for roughly two months.”

Graphic descriptions of the pornography found on Abu-Hammad’s devices note that it featured children as young as 6 to 9 months. Agents said they found approximately 39 images on his devices, featuring mostly young girls.

Agents also say they found a document entitled “Finding Children Sexually Attractive.” The document “‘explained that being asexually attracted to children does not make you a monster,’ however, sexual contact with children is illegal and child pornography is dangerous and harmful both to the individual with the sexual attraction as well as the children depicted.”

When he was questioned why he allegedly looked at child porn, agents say Abu-Hammad responded, “Because I have problems.” Abu-Hammad’s attorney did not return a request for comment.

A search warrant obtained by the George Washington University Program on Extremism alleges a long history ofextremist Facebook posts written publicly by Abu-Hammad.

[h=1]U.S. Citizen Charged With Conspiracy To Kill Soldiers Was On Government Kill List[/h]

An American citizen added to the U.S. government’s “kill list” in 2013 has been charged by the U.S. Department of Justice with nine separate crimes for his part in allegedly trying to kill U.S. soldiers.

The litany of crimes that Muhanad Mahmoud Al Farekh has been charged with include conspiracy to kill U.S. citizens, use of explosives, conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction and conspiracy to bomb a government facility. Farekh’s charges stem from his alleged involvement in a double suicide attack in Afghanistan’s Khost province that killed 17 people in January, 2014.

The 2009 attack involved a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED), also known as a car bomb which exploded outside a U.S. base. Farekh allegedly “assisted in the preparation of the vehicle-borne improvised explosive device,” according to his indictment.

Also known as Abdullah al-Shami and Shaif al-Shami, Farekh was a career terrorist born in Texas and raised in Jordan. He began his jihadist life by watching videos of radical Islamic clerics such as his fellow American citizen, Anwar al-Awlaki. In 2007, he abruptly left the University of Manitoba in Canada, where he was attending school, and traveled to Pakistan in order to fight U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan. He eventually worked his way into al-Qaeda’s Lashkar al-Zil (or Shadow Army) and made a connection to the Taliban’s Haqqani network.

Farekh eventually drew the attention of U.S. intelligence, and was added to the Pentagon’s “kill list” in 2013. However, Farekh’s U.S. citizenship obviously complicated matters when it came to the decision of whether or not to authorize a plan to kill him.

Al-Awlaki was also a U.S. citizen. President Obama’s decision to authorize a drone strike killing al-Awlaki drew significant criticism and questions as to the legality of such a drastic decision.

Like many of his ilk, Farekh took harbor in the lawless region of North Waziristan in Pakistan’s Federally Administered Tribal Area (or FATA). He would eventually be captured during a Pakistani military raid in the region in early 2015, after which he was transferred to U.S. custody. He is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Eastern District of New York.

[h=1]Iraqi Refugees Indicted On Terror Charges In California And Texas[/h]
Two Iraqi refugees living in the U.S. have been arrested in Sacramento and Houston on federal terrorism charges and for lying to immigration officials.

Twenty-three-year-old Aws Mohammed Younis Al-Jayab and 24-year-old Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan, both Palestinians born in Iraq, were charged in separate cases on Wednesday.

Unsealed indictments released on Thursday by the Justice Department show that both men were born in Iraq and are of Palestinian background. Both were also granted refugee status as part of a program started for Iraqis in 2007.

Al-Jayab, who lives in Sacramento, came to the U.S. as part of the program in Oct. 2012. Al Hardan, who lives in Houston, came to the U.S. on Nov. 2, 2009.

The revelation of the two radicals’ refugee status comes amid bitter debate over whether to allow refugees fleeing the civil war in Syria to come to the U.S. The Obama administration wants to re-settle 10,000 Syrians while many Republicans — and a majority of the American public — oppose the plan.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, issued a statement following the announcement of the indictments.

“This is precisely why I called for a halt to refugees entering the U.S. from countries substantially controlled by terrorists,” Abbott said in a statement, The Houston Chronicle reported. “I once again urge the President to halt the resettlement of these refugees in the United States until there is an effective vetting process that will ensure refugees do not compromise the safety of Americans and Texans.”

According to an unsealed indictment, Al-Jayab allegedly traveled to Syria to fight with various terrorist organizations and lied about it to federal authorities. Al Hardan allegedly attempted to provide resources, training, expert advice and assistance to ISIS. He also offered to travel overseas to join the group.

The indictment states that between Oct. 2012 and Nov. 2013, while he was living in Arizona and Wisconsin, Al-Jayab communicated over social media with affiliates of various terrorist organizations. He allegedly discussed having experience with firearms and said that he had fought against the Syrian regime.

He also allegedly stated on social media between Nov. 2013 and Jan. 2014 that he was in Syria fighting with terrorist groups, including Ansar al-Islam, a radical Sunni group which merged with ISIS in 2014. Al-Jayab returned to the U.S. on Jan. 23, 2014 and settled in Sacramento. In addition, Al-Jayab allegedly told a series of lies during an Oct. 6, 2014 interview with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He falsely denied that he had ever been a member of a rebel group or militia, that he had ever provided material support to a terrorist group, or that he had threatened to use weapons against others. He also allegedly falsely claimed that he had traveled to Turkey in 2013 and 2014 to visit his grandmother.

As for Al Hardan, he was slapped with three counts for providing material support for terrorist groups and for making false statements during immigration interviews.

Following his settlement in the U.S. in 2009, he was granted legal permanent residence status on Aug. 22, 2011 and sought to apply for citizenship. According to his indictment, Al Hardan falsely claimed on a citizenship application that he filled out on Aug. 18, 2014 that he was not affiliated in any way with terrorist groups.

But the indictment states that Al Hardan was affiliated with al-Nusrah Front, a designated terrorist group, in 2013 and 2014 and with ISIS beginning in 2014. Al Hardan also had training with an automatic machine gun, a fact he denied in an Oct. 27, 2015 interview with a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent.

The Justice Department did not accuse either man of plotting an attack on the homeland.

Philly Police Officer Shot Multiple Times by Muslim Who Did It ‘In the Name of Islam’

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Authorities say a Philadelphia police officer is recovering after he was shot several times during an ambush late Thursday night in West Philadelphia.

Philadelphia police commissioner Richard Ross says the officer, identified as 33-year-old Jesse Hartnett, was sitting in his patrol car around 11:30 p.m. at 60th and Spruce Streets when a gunman fired 11 shots through the driver’s side of the car.

Police are calling it an “attempted assassination.”

In a press conference, Commissioner Ross said the gun used in the attack was a stolen police firearm.
“It was stolen back in October of 2013. It was reported, and that is one of the things you regret the most when an officer’s gun is stolen, when it is used against one of your own.”

Photo released of suspect aiming at officer at point blank range. (credit: Real Time Crime Police Camera from police sources)

“Shots fired! I’m shot! I’m bleeding heavily!” Hartnett could be heard yelling on police radio.

Commissioner Ross says the suspect has given a full confession, saying he did it in the name of Islam. “According to him, police bend laws that are contrary to the teachings of the Quran.”

Sources say the suspect’s full confession of the alleged attack was written down and recorded on video.

Police sources identify the suspect as 30-year-old Edward Archer, of Yeadon.

“When you look at the video, this is one of the scariest things I’ve ever seen,” Commissioner Ross said. “This guy tried to execute the police officer. The police officer had no idea he was coming. It’s amazing he’s alive.”

Commissioner Ross said later, “We’re thankful to God he’s here today because it easily could’ve been a police funeral.”
Hartnett was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he underwent surgery for a broken arm. Ross says the officer’s arm suffered significant damage and that he has a long road to recovery, but he is expected to be okay.

FBI reportedly investigating Kent State professor for ties to ISIS

A Kent State professor long known for fiery anti-Israel rhetoric is reportedly under investigation for alleged links to ISIS, and an independent probe Tuesday turned up disturbing posts on his purported Facebook page praising Usama bin Laden and urging Al Qaeda fighters to merge with the black-clad terror army.

"Sheik Osama (May Allah be Pleased with Him) was the greatest, and desrves (sic) praise for kicking off this jihad," one post from an account in Julio Cesar Pino's name begins. The post, which has since been deleted, was preserved in a screenshot by The Clarion Project, a New York-based research institute that monitors international terrorism. It continues: "However, the organization he left behind is not the same AQ he founded. The brave warriors of AQAP and the Nusraf Jabbat should join #IslamicState."

An FBI spokeswoman confirmed to the Akron Beacon Journal that the bureau was looking into Pino for ties to the terrorist group. Pino is also known by the Muslim name Assad Jibril Pino, according to his essay "Born in The Fist of the Revolution: A Cuban Professor's Journey to Allah."
“Because it’s an ongoing investigation, I can’t say too much about it,” the spokeswoman said.

Pino, a Cuban-born convert to Islam, denied the allegations. “I’ve never broken the law,” he told the Beacon Journal. “I support no violence or violent organizations. One man or one woman’s interpretation of events can be very different from another’s. As they say, ‘Haters gonna hate.’ Truth always prevails, and truth will prevail in this case.”

Pino blamed his past rhetoric for possibly inspiring the probe. “I can only imagine, given my past record at Kent State dealing with controversial issues about the Middle East, some people may be favorable or unfavorable,” he said. “Rumors start, and that’s the only thing I can think would draw attention from a government agency.”

The FBI has already questioned several of Pino’s colleagues and students, the Beacon Journal reported.

Emily Mills, the editor-in-chief of student newspaper the Kent Stater, said she was among those interviewed. “They said they were looking into his alleged ties to the Islamic State,” Mills told the Beacon Journal. “They said it was an ongoing investigation and that they were questioning faculty and other students.”

A Kent State spokesperson said the FBI assured the college there was no threat to the school.

Pino has a long history of making controversial and anti-Semitic statements. In a 2014 “open letter” to “academic friends of Israel,” he accused pro-Israel members of the academic community as being “directly responsible for the murder of over 1,400 Palestinian children, women and elderly civilians.” He signed that letter “Jihad until victory!”

He also shouted “Death to Israel” during a presentation by a former Israeli official in 2011, eulogized a Palestinian suicide bomber in the Kent Stater and allegedly posted jihad-promoting messages on a jihad website in 2007. The call to join ISIS from Pino's purported Facebook page was just one of many troubling posts.

In the "Intro" section the account claims Pino studied "Overthrowing the Government at UCLA." Pino received his Ph.D. in History from UCLA, according to his Kent State online bio.
On Sept. 14, 2014, the account posted a photo of two masked Islamist fighters with the comment, "Keep it a secret: That's me on the left!" In August 2012, the account posted a photo of Pino standing in front of the U.S. Capitol Building. A comment below the picture from Pino's account said, "I come to bury D.C., not to praise it."

A Fulbright Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Keppa, Pino has written numerous magazine and journal articles and authored a book in 1997, "Family and Favela: The Reproduction of Poverty in Rio de Janeiro." Pino is listed in "Who's Who in American Education" and "Who's Who in America." Pino has a B-minus average on ratemyprofessors.com and numerous bad reviews from former students.

"Pushes his personal views WAY too much," one student wrote. "Stay away from him. Awful professor." Another wrote: "This professor is knowledgeable, but may insult you with his opinions."

[h=1]Cops kill man after machete attack at Ohio deli[/h]

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Police shot and killed a man who stormed into a central Ohio restaurant wielding a machete and randomly attacking people as they sat unsuspectingly at their dinner tables, authorities said.

Four people were injured in the brutal attack Thursday evening at Nazareth Restaurant and Deli, a Mediterranean restaurant in Columbus. The victims were taken to an area hospital and were expected to recover.

CBS News has learned that investigators have identified the suspected attacker as Mohammad Barry. CBS News homeland security correspondent Jeff Pegues reports that investigators were running down leads to try to determine if the attack was somehow tied to terrorist organizations.

"There was no rhyme or reason as to who he was going after," said Columbus police Sgt. Rich Weiner.

Police said the man walked into the restaurant, had a conversation with an employee and then left. He returned about a half hour later. That's when police said he approached a man and a woman who were sitting just inside the door at a booth and started the attack.

Pegues reports the suspected attacker has a Somali background, and officials believe he may have traveled to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates in 2012. Pegues reports that law enforcement is concerned that this incident has the hallmarks of the type of so-called "lone wolf" terrorist attack that they have been working to stop.

Police said employees and patrons tried to get the man to stop. "Some of the patrons there started throwing chairs at him just trying to get him out of there," Weiner said. The man eventually fled the scene in a white car and led police on a short chase. Officers forced the man off the road a few miles away and when he got out of his car police said they tried unsuccessfully to use a stun gun on him.

Weiner said, "At that point he had a machete and another knife in his hand and he lunged across the hood at the officers." That's when police said an officer shot and killed the man.

It remained unclear what sparked the attacks. "Right now there's nothing that leads us to believe that this is anything but a random attack," said Weiner.

Karen Bass, who told CBS affiliate WBNS-10TV that she had only been in the restaurant for about half an hour when the attack occurred, described a scene of chaos. "He came to each table and just started hitting them," she told WBNS. "There were tables and chairs overturned, there was a man on the floor bleeding, there was blood on the floor." "I fell like five times. My legs felt like jelly. I just thought he was going to come behind me and slash me up," she said, describing her frantic escape.

God I wish something like this would happen to a JPP liberal. You know, one of them get chased with a sword wielding muslime or one of their children slaughtered at the hands of a muslime.

Sadly libtards are so warped in the brain, they would merely blame Bush

I'd have to say I agree with it comes to the consequences. Those who expect the rest of us to cater to people we only want vetted completely should be the ones that feel the consequences of doing little to nothing.

[h=1]Uber driver accused of raping passenger at Anaheim motel[/h]
SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) --An Uber driver is accused of raping a woman after he picked her up following a night of drinking last fall.

The driver, Omar Mahmoud Mousa, 52, picked up two women in October and brought them to a bar in Fullerton, Orange County prosecutors say.

He gave the women a business card with his personal cellphone and asked them to call him directly rather than use the app when they were ready to go home. After their night of drinking, he brought the women back to their motel in Anaheim. One woman passed out on the bed. Deputy District Attorney Rick Zimmer said Mousa attacked the other woman, raping her as she pleaded with him and tried to fight him off.

Mousa was out of the country when forensic test results returned eight weeks later. He was arrested after he arrived back in Los Angeles on March 7.

"Uber has a zero-tolerance policy for violent behavior, and our thoughts are with the victim of this atrocious crime," Uber said in a statement to L.A. Times. "We immediately blocked this individual's access to the Uber platform upon learning of this incident and actively assisted law enforcement in their investigation."

Mousa remains in custody at the Orange County jail, with bail set at $100,000. If convicted, he faces up to 24 years in state prison. His next court appearance is in April.

[h=2]On Thursday, the Justice Department announced the indictment of Aws Mohammed Younis al-Jayab, the 23-year-old “hipster terrorist” of Sacramento, for attempting to provide material support to a Syrian terrorist group allied with the Islamic State.[/h] “Prosecutors allege that Al-Jayab flew from Chicago to Turkey on November 9, 2013, and then flew on to Syria. There, they say, he joined a group that was later affiliated with ISIS and aided in their fight against the Syrian government,” writes the UK Daily Mail, summarizing the DOJ charging documents. “Al-Jayab told investigators he was just visiting his grandmother in Turkey during the trip.”

The Justice Department describes Al-Jayab as “a Palestinian born in Iraq, who came to the United States as an Iraqi refugee in October 2012.”

Before he made his trip to Syria, while living in Arizona and Wisconsin, the complaint alleges he “communicated via social media with numerous individuals about his intention to go to Syria to fight for terrorist organizations.” He also used social media to announce he had succeeded in reaching Syria, and was fighting alongside terrorist organizations.

The Daily Mail reports his terrorism-supporting social media activity included distributing ISIS propaganda, declaring, “America will not isolate me from my Islamic duty,” posting photos of the Islamic State’s black flag, praising the Boston Marathon bombers, and communicating with another man indicted for providing material support to ISIS.

Most oddly, he posted photos of himself “kissing the face of a dead man whom he referred to as ‘my cousin,'” according to the Daily Mail.

CBS News
reports the authorities were able to confirm Al-Jayab really was in Syria when he posted his claims on the Internet, because they were able to track the IP addresses he posted from.

If convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison. According to CBS, his defense attorney claims he never planned any attacks in the United States and said he was “suffering by being held in isolation.”

The NYPD is investigating its first Palestinian Muslim captain for cheating on his promotions exam, The Daily News has learned. Capt. Ahmad Othman, who works in Brooklyn's 73rd Precinct, has been placed on desk duty while the investigation continues.

He’s not alone under the microscope. The NYPD is already investigating the results of the 2015 lieutenant’s test. Sources said other captain are under scrutiny as well. Othman, 36, was one of 14 captains promoted on June 26, 2015, in a ceremony at police headquarters.

One of his fellow promotees that day was Scott Forster, the captain now infamous for failing to show at the hospital where two shot and wounded officers were taken on Feb. 20.

Othman has enjoyed a relatively fast rise in the NYPD, having joined the department in 2005, working out of the 120th Precinct in Staten Island. When he was promoted a decade later, the NYPD’s Muslim Officers Society tweeted, “Congratulations to Ahmad Othman on his promotion to Captain and being the first Palestinian Muslim Captain in NYPD.”

The Daily News reported Thursday that nine sergeants are suing the city alleging the results of the 2015 lieutenant's test were tainted by cheating. The lawsuit alleges that cops missed the initial test date on purpose to take a makeup test the following week in order to get the answers. The passage rate in the makeup test was far higher than on the initial test date.

Othman, who took the test a day late, is suspected of something similar.

[h=1]Muslim Dairy Queen owner installs signs comparing Hindus to monkeys[/h]
The Hindu community is calling on a Muslim Dairy Queen franchise owner to take down signs from his Houston-area business that compare Hindus to monkeys.

Mohammad Dar, a 65-year-old Muslim and U.S. citizen from Pakistan, claims he is not prejudiced for installing the signs -- instead saying Hindus are the "racists," mySA.com reported.

Dar told the website that he decided to post the displays at his business after "researching" Hinduism -- the third-largest religion in the world -- for 14 years. He said the signs at his Kemah, Texas, Dairy Queen seek to showcase the wrongs of certain religions, specifically Hinduism, acccording to the website.

One sign reportedly compared Hinduism to “monkeyism (sic).”

"Hindus don’t follow any limit or law, they follow desires like an animal – that is the foundation of Hinduism," Dar told mySA.com. "Monkeys don’t plan anything, they just do what they desire, but humans follow the limit and law.”

“It’s nothing personal, it’s educational,” he reportedly added. “I’m really making people mad, but what I’m doing is communicating and inviting them to communicate […] they think I am attacking their religion, but I am not.”

When will people learn? This is no religion of peace. Although there are some moderates, the religion itself is built on death and destruction.
