I've been right about everything.
OMG!
What a presumptuous ass!
I've been right about everything.
They are not seeking the "stand your ground" defense though, why is that in your opinion?
wrong. and I stopped reading there. I do care about justice, you are just biased to the point where you are incapable of considering my point of view. The point is I believe zimmerman is 100% innocent, and that trayvon deserved to get killed, as he was a violent assaulter. Additionally I see the trayvon supporters as idiots, as those not paying attention, not knowing the facts, not understanding burden of proof, etc. I want justice more than anything in this world, and that is going to be zimmerman getting a full acquital, with me rubbing it in everyones face as a bonus.
You know, I have not changed my attitude, nor the things that I have said about the zimmerman case, for over a year now, but I sure do notice a definitive increase in hostilities and ire directed at me. It seems the closer and closer we get to zimmermans inevitable acquittal, and the more we are seeing the prosecutions case fall apart like wet tissue paper with the States own witnesses backing up zimmerman, team trayvon is realizing how wrong they were --- and MAN DO THEY HATE IT. That's the only thing that explains the increased frustration. You know your facts aren't holding up and you know your reality of the events is collapsing. Maybe you have even had an honest moment with yourself and pondered . . . "hmm, maybe we did go too far, maybe I picked the wrong side this time . . ." It's gotta drive you insane, you guys really really really hate being wrong.
Be mad all you want, I'm sitting here smiling.
You don't care about justice. You are trolling on this topic or maybe you really are a douchebag.
Trayvon did not deserve to die. Zimmerman, at best, followed him and provoked some sort of defensive response.
The Zimmerman supporters seem to think Trayvon had no right to stand his ground. Since he was a scary black male he is expected to retreat.
So, if someone is following my car too closely for too long I have the right to get out of my car and beat the shit out of them? You don't care about justice. You are trolling on this topic or maybe you really are a douchebag.

Zimmerman's actions were stupid and he alone created a deadly situation. The "armed with a sidewalk" claim would be laughable if it were not intended to be serious. Zimmerman is at least guilty of manslaughter. If the jury is instructed to consider that charge, it's unlikely he will not go to prison.
I've been right about everything. I called this as media bullshit from the beginning, the media lied about trayvons appearance, using a picture of him when he was 12. You guys got fooled about the spliced audio that got the NBC producer fired. You guys kept saying "oh he has no injuries, look at the camera in the police station... no blood!" Then it was shown he was bleeding all over, so you mitigated that by saying it wasn't that bad. You were likely wrong about who started the fight (THE FIGHT), with witnesses corroborating zimmerman being beaten the shit out of. You guys overcharged him because of politics and because you didn't want egg on your faces. Now you've staked out your positions unflinchingly.
Last year I saw idiot after idiot acting as if they knew any of the facts of the case, while being wrong time and time again. They said it with absolute conviction. now that I do it, everyone fucking hates it (and I made actual threads about me doing this on purpose, so I am not saying this retroactively... go look them up). The silver lining though as after getting brute forced by me all the false fact speculators started dying down. Maybe this will teach you idiots in the future to actually let the facts come out before jumping to conclusions.
I love this move the goal posts line. As if charging someone when you cannot meet the burden is appropriate. Now you can say "oh I dont even care he is not guilty I just wanted him to go to court." You basically say this to protect your ego from being wrong...
So, if someone is following my car too closely for too long I have the right to get out of my car and beat the shit out of them?
No, you have not. You are just ignoring the instances where you were wrong. For instance, you claimed the dispatcher told Zimmerman to follow Trayvon and you were absolutely wrong about that.
So, if someone is following my car too closely for too long I have the right to get out of my car and beat the shit out of them?
And team trayvon keep talking about supposed's and what ifs, while not keeping in mind that the burden of proof is on them. If you are going to charge someone with a crime, you need to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
If you beat the shit out of them do they have the right to shoot you? and by the way, a broken nose and a few lacerations are to the back of the head is not having the shit beat out of you.
He has already admitted to the crime, they just have to show it was not self defense.
I am not going to keep rehashing my talking points over and over, people know where I stand on this. Hell, don't even listen to me, listen to any of the talking heads on tv today and see how many talk about the case falling apart. Newsflash, if you are charging someone with 2nd degree murder and your own witnesses are backing up the defenses story, you made an error.
he admitted to no crime.
So, if someone is following my car too closely for too long I have the right to get out of my car and beat the shit out of them?
You just need to stop commenting if you not want people to debate your opinions. Like Billy always says, you can ignore them.![]()
