Hell I think the judge might drop the 2nd degree murder charge against him, the states own witnesses say he didn't think zimmerman was showing ill will, hatred or spite which is a mandatory thing for the state to prove to get a conviction for that charge. lolllll. game set match for the zimmerman defense. Does it matter what you think? You could give a shit less about justice. You don't care that a precious human life was lost. You don't care that some idiot in a police station didn't think that Trayvon Martins loss of life was worth pursuing justice, hell you don't even care what the facts are, you just made up your mind and now your trying to troll those who care about a grave denial of justice and law.

Justice is finally being served and Mr. Zimmerman is having his day in court, which is how it should be, and I can promise you this, he's not nearly as cocky about this as your are. I'm pretty sure he's sweating bullets right about now concerning the outcome of this trial. Which is as it should be when you take a human life.
So unlike you, I'll let the facts determine whether Mr. Zimmerman is aquited or convicted. I haven't childishly prejudged the case like a half wit who doesn't comprehend the significance of the rule of law.

Zimmermans being aquited or convicted are almost secondary considerations in this issue to just about anyone but Mr. Zimmerman (and Trayvon Martins parents). The main issue at stake here was that the morons at the local police dept siting a lame ass interpretation of law and letting Mr. Zimmerman just walk out the door with no consequences would have had essentially set the precedent in Florida of declaring open season on any niggers walking around your neighborhood. Which is why there has been such a public uproar about this case.
Had those idiots handled this appropriatly, this case would have never recieved the public attention that it has, regardless of wheter Mr. Zimmerman had been convicted or not.
So keep on playing the kiddy game. You're only just showing that your really don't get it.
Pretty embarrassing to have to put you in the same class as Bravo, Racist X and Dixie on this issue.

While I usually enjoy signalmankenneth's posts, this one is symptomatic of a serious problem in our culture.
For some reason there is a casual acceptance of prison rape in this country.
Otherwise 'liberal' folks think nothing of making a joke about someone they don't like being raped -- and these are usually the same folks who are (rightfully) indignant when governments torture people.
Similarly, libertarians who like to wave the Constitution under everyone's nose have no problem overlooking the prohibition of cruel and unusual punishment when it comes to those behind bars.
The general attitude seems to be that "they have it coming", that "prison justice" is a natural extension of the criminal justice system.
But the fact is, prison rape is epidemic -- and it contributes nothing positive to our society while perpetuating many ills.
And let's not forget, folks, that innocent people get sent to prison too.
These kinds of 'jokes' about prison rape only serve to further desensitize all of us to a very real societal ill, which in turn makes it more difficult for that ill to be addressed as a matter of public policy. No one will be motivated to change the system when the rest of us turn a blind eye or make jokes about it.
Rape is rape -- even when it happens in prison, even when it happens to someone you don't like.

Should we be fanning the flames of hate, or should we do whatever we can to extinguish them knowing that innocent people could get killed .. innocent children could get killed?
I live in a mixed community, although more black than white .. and no white person here has to worry about getting up to find symbols of racist hate scrawled all over their house and in their yard, regardless of the trial outcome. We don't tolerate racist targeting of white people in our communities .. which is why many feel comfortable living in them.
We are so used to bad outcomes from the criminal in-just-us system that we expect it .. facts be damned.
The question I have is why are American white males so anxious to kill a black person for no other reason than he/she is black? Why are they so anxious for a race war so they can kill people?
It's the very same dementia that consumed Zimmerman. He didn't have to kill Martin, he wanted to.
I'm sure there is probably a tweet going around somewhere on plans to make replicas of Martin's head so Zimmerman's supporters can hang it on a wall. Why are 'tweets' ever important?
