i don't think they all will.... And you don't have to be a racist to believe that your party is better than the other one,and, therefore, believe that, given the option, and given the good example set by their parents, most younger folks will make the decision to join the democratic party. I did, primarily because of the good example set by my parents. My children did as well. Given the fact that nearly 90% of blacks in America vote democratic, it's no real surprise that a vast majority of black children will follow the good example set by their parents as well. To suggest that is racist is... Well... Racist.
 
If teabagger is a uniformly agreed upon sexual idiom, perhaps someone should have told the tea party members who used the term in their own signage.

So ... question: Do you think integration of schools and hospitals and public establishments would have happened WITHOUT govt?

Do you really think racists and sexists and homophobes will wake up one day and say "gee, it's time for social justice" WITHOUT govt pressure?
 
He was a registered Republucan who switched to Democrat to run for office, and now he pretends to be switching back, what a maroon.

Interesting question. Let's look at the history of civil rights legislation after the Civil War.

It was government that instituted Jim Crow laws.

You see, private business is concerned with making a profit, and that is done by expanding and growth. The private schools, hospitals and establishments that exclude a large segment of the population are not going to do well when their competitors do not exclude.

So without government enforcing segregation, I think desegregation would have happened a lot sooner.
 
Ya know... I would imagine that every negro who knows what Jim Crow means, also knows that the democratic party was once a proponent of that philosophy. Democrats have changed and blacks are smart enough to know it. Republicans have also changed, and blacks are smart enough to know that too. And when republicans like DY bring up Jim Crow as part of their goofy justification for why blacks should not vote for democrats anymore, the black folks - and ALL the rest of the democrats - just laugh and laugh and laugh some more. keep it up, brother... We all sho' nuff loves ourselves a good laugh. Yessir.

Its too bad they aren't smart enough to see that Democrats, just like you, love to mock "Negroes" just like you've done above.....just like most you
mock homosexuals and Christians.......you've suckered them in with gov. paychecks and promises of more to come.

That's the GOP pitch: "It's just too damn bad that those lazy negoes just aren't SMART enough!"

And they turn around and, in the very next breath, wonder aloud why blacks don't want to vote for them!
