Wrong, moron. The court ruled that it was the COPS that were first to focus on skin color.

And, as to the question of why they didn't just kill him and plant evidence? The only answer to that idiotic question is that there IS such a thing as a stupid question after all.

Wrong....it was the CRIME that first focused on SKIN COLOR. What more liberal logic...the police should have profiled whites also for this black crime? As I said and you demonstrated...logic, reason and truth are far removed from liberalism. You insist upon attacking the police when they were simply protecting the public because someone of a black skin color was caught in a criminal activity by the states own common law regulating firearms. The court found that Boston Police had historically and disproportionately targeted blacks. That THEY focused on skin color. They shit in their own nest, pally, and suffered for their behavior. Comprende?

Using that logic if he is cited for a moving violation (assuming he is old enough to drive), loose's in traffic court, it is un-constitutional, and some minority group got some extra right.
