I'm not whining, I'm pointing out the obvious lol. I thought the plaintiff was at least racially profiled---as opposed to a cop looking for black suspects in the vicinity of a crime committed by a black person[!]. I'm glad I read the ruling, now I know better.

Are you sure you're educated on it lol? You realize the ruling will make cops apprehensive about using race as a profile even when they know the perp's race, right?

Does that matter or is it all ideological with you.

Thanks for proving that the only thing you consider is race and it's automatic. When you do that, it weakens any argument you may have had because it shows you're unwilling to consider any other possibility.

The only thing that's evident is your racism.

Why would blacks riot and loot places of business totally unrelated to the reason they are rioting and looting? It's evident. It gives the savages an excuse to act the way they are raised. If they had the guts, they would try that shit at the police stations since that is the reason they are "protesting". Any other location is nothing more than an excuse to steal things they're either unwilling or incapable of providing for themselves.
