The States ratified the Constitution. The founders wrote it and 55 people signed it so it could go to the States for ratification. Without the approval of the States, the writing of it meant it didn't go into effect.

Apparently you never read Article VII. It clearly says the STATES would do the ratifying.

I can not believe how confused some of these poster's are. They are mixing up The Federalist,and Anti Federalist Papers with the Bill of Rights, and the rest of the Constitution. This 9th grade civics stuff!

Question? "If" the police were guilty of profiling and killing innocent black suspects....why did they not simply kill the running men and plant the physical evidence that was obtained illegally? The way this played out clearly contradicts the BLACK LIVES MATTER diatribe. Apparently....the only way to convict a black suspect without getting the charges tossed out is to SHOOT THEM IN THE LINE OF DUTY removing all white guilt left wing courts from the equation. The same would have worked for the POWs who were given constitutional rights by the left wing court...they should have simply been tried in a military court and lined up and shot....thus no tear jerking judges involved. Its what FDR DID when he ordered pows shot while imprisoning US CITIZENS simply because of their racial heritage during WWll.

That conclusion is as logical as concluding that the court was justified in dismissing the firearms charges because the suspect feared getting shot. Logic, reason and common sense are far removed from liberalism...as it acts on ACCOLADE more than justice. Clearly JUSTICE IS NOT BLIND in the great broke back state of Taxachusttes....the judge must peak to first see the skin color.

What I most enjoy about this thread.... THE LEFT WING ATTACK ON THE MESSENGER...as if something is proven false or true depending upon the messenger. Its a typical ALINSKY left wing tactic....instead of debunking the actual context of the subject...the persons character who delivered the message is immediately accused and attacked.
