You should probably read Article III and Article IV, Clause 2, of the Constitution. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and the Supreme Court is the arbiter of the Constitution.

"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court...."

the founders had clearly stated misgivings about vesting the courts with the power over the constitution and interpreting what it means. those articles do not mean what you say it means.

The Tenth amendment is in the Bill of Rights which pertains to individuals, it is usually where smart baggers stop reading. The average bagger stops after the Second Amendment. Article III of the Constitution establishes the federal judiciary.

Article III establishes the Supreme Court then leaves the rest to Conrgress.

The 10th Amendment also pertains to States and it's an amendment the leftists quite often ignore.
