MA Supreme Court says blacks are free to flee the police -- !!!!!!!!!

The Supreme Court has upheld the Gun control act of 1968. The link you cited was not a Supreme Court Decision, it was an article on Natural law. You are looking very foolish.

Where does the constitution give courts authority to decide if a law is constitutional? The tenth amendment says such power rests with the states or the people.

You should probably read Article III and Article IV, Clause 2, of the Constitution. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and the Supreme Court is the arbiter of the Constitution.

"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court...."

the founders had clearly stated misgivings about vesting the courts with the power over the constitution and interpreting what it means. those articles do not mean what you say it means.

If Stand Your Ground only requires you to be afraid of the black man you choose to murder, then this rule makes perfect sense.
Liberal logic here, hence, it's total bullshit. Instigators should ALWAYS get the short end of the stick.

What is this sick fascination you degenerates have with unlawful behavior, especially with persons of black color?

The Tenth amendment is in the Bill of Rights which pertains to individuals, it is usually where smart baggers stop reading. The average bagger stops after the Second Amendment. Article III of the Constitution establishes the federal judiciary.

Where is the word "arbiter"?

Article III establishes the Supreme Court then leaves the rest to Conrgress.

The 10th Amendment also pertains to States and it's an amendment the leftists quite often ignore.

Sure they don't. Through the years, the Supreme Court disagrees with you.

People like Althea excuse unlawful behavior of blacks because she realizes they can't do any better.
