Which one's claims of innocence is more believable.... a career US Senator family man with a devoted wife and kids and a reputation as a decent, sober, solid guy or a young, spoiled rich brat college frat boy with a reputation for excessive drinking?

But as for the accusers, when you compare them, it's the same thing again. Reade is a proven liar. Biden staffers from back in the 90's dispute her claims. There is no history of dishonesty in Ford's past. Nobody disputed her claims against Kavanaugh, they just couldn't definitely attest to their accuracy.
Anyone who is anywhere above the level of mindless partisan hack understands all that and anyone with a speck of honesty agrees with it.

There have been a lot of reports of right wing dudes paying women to make false accusations, i.e. the Roe v Wade woman, the false claim of sexual assault by doctor Fauci, the false claims of sexual assault by Mueller, the false claim Senator Menendez had sex with underage prostitutes, etc.
