KBJ obviously has those inconsistencies in sentencing which this Christian Nation SCOTUS so fervently claims as "one nation under God with equal justice under law" as i.e. where no amount of National Archives purchased US Constitutions that were stolen & in all probability burned would be considered as evidence in the killing of a US Navy hospital doctor for Mengele "Angel of Death" medical care e.g. SCOTUS immaculate drug conceptions.

Regardless of the answer, I suspect she would have been attacked for it.

If she gave the M-W definition, "adult female person" then the follow up would be about the trannies and there's no way for her to legally speak on that issue without ending up in a situation where, again, she'd be asked to recuse herself.

As she showed, she is right down the middle in sentencing in those cases. She is not an outlier. That is why the Trumpies picked some cases to blow up into a non-existing pattern.
