IMO he settled because he knew his defense wouldn't stand up in court. And that's my opinion about Andy, too.

Is that the only way your med school texts defined "woman?" They seemed to have skipped a lot of other important info, then, like this:

"There are at least six different biological markers of “sex” in the body: genitals, chromosomes, gonads, internal reproductive structures, hormone ratios and secondary sex characteristics. None of the six is strictly dichotomous, Jordan-Young said, and the different markers don’t always align."

You really might want to look up the qualifications of the person who is saying that and who you are referencing on multiple threads. She is not a medical Dr. at all. Just saying.

do you think you have proof of what you claim? Of course not. You do not know why she was hired or promoted. She is well educated and had high credentials and got better and better jobs her whole career.
