Lots of women cannot have babies. That definition is crap. It is hard after all. it is also not a fair question to ask a potential supreme judge. 19 percent of married women who try cannot get pregnant after ba year of trying. I guess they do not know they are really men.

Its VERY simple females have two X chromosomes (XX) and woman are mature females. Case closed. Doctors aren't Gods they can't create women. They can create a man that has the physical characteristics of a woman but they are not women.

She is a judge who never, ever was asked a dumb question like that before. It is not a simple question as this thread shows. She does not jump into a question that is a distraction. It is certainly not a problem in her bailiwick. I guess you should define it for us.

It is most definitely NOT a stupid question. If the case of that freak swimmer comes up to the Supreme Court, she'd better know the difference between a man and a woman. That freak should not be competing with women!

the NCAA and the Olympics set standards on who can compete as a woman. they have to have a certain hormone level, and have had it for some time. you can google the specifics. that is a much more complicated answer than she would know without studying it. get it, dipshit?
