It's ILLEGAL to shoot GAME in several states with an ASSAULT weapon.

Anyone who needs a 30-round ammo clip to hunt deer is obviously a terrible shot, and needs to spend much time on the target shooting range before progressing to the skilled sport of hunting.

Anyone who is shooting at ducks and quail with an AK-47 needs to be punched in the mouth and have their guns taken away.

The laughable “technical knowledge” you present is absurd. If first two “fire the same” why is the second one the platform of choice for cops as well as these mass shooters?

Quit trying to bullshit us by presenting them as equal weapons, asswipe.

All three function and fire at the same rate, dickhead.

Are you now an expert on firearms like you think you are about everything else?

Just out of curiosity.. which states is it illegal to use an AR-15 to hunt? I know in CO, so long as you don't load more than 3 rounds you could hunt with an AR-15. It's a semi-automatic weapon like any .223 I would normally hunt with, and I would have the same limitation with a different semi-automatic "hunting" rifle as I would with my AR-15 which uses the same ammunition.

It depends on what you’re hunting.

Um...

You can hunt with rifles in Ohio.

http://wildlife.ohiodnr.gov/hunting...pping-regulations/allowable-hunting-equipment

Straight-walled cartridge rifles in the following calibers: All straight-walled cartridge calibers from a minimum of .357 to a maximum of .50. Shotguns and straight-walled cartridge rifles can be loaded with no more than three shells in the chamber and magazine combined.

And there is no limitation against my AR-15, only the same limitation CO has. 3 rounds.

Again, it depends on what you’re hunting. For Coyotes, feral swine and small critters ther are no limitations. For just about everything else high powered rifles are restricted or not legal and give me a break on smooth walled rifles.

Lol...I just read the whole article linked in the OP. Ironically it’s an advertisement for Stag’s version of a hunting AR.

Yet you said it was "Not legal". I showed it was. This reality we live in actually has facts, and it is a fact that you can hunt with rifles in Ohio.

There is no circumstance in which an AR-15 is useful in hunting absolutely none zero zip zilch

I have a hunting rifle, it shoots exactly the same rounds at the same rate, etc. as my AR-15. There is absolutely zero facts in your post, just feels. It looks scary to you, I get that, but this post is just ignorance.

The Dayton shooter killed 10 people and injured 27 in under 30 seconds. If that is what your gun does stay the hell away from me because you are the worst hunter on the planet

Yes, with in very limited restrictions. Very few people hunt for Coyote, same with wild boar as they inhabit just a small section of southeast Ohio and I don't know to many people who hunt small critters like squirrel, rabbit or woodchuck with high powered rifles. Most use a .22 or shotguns. Those are the only categories of animals in Ohio that can be hunted with high powered rifles.

So for the vast majority of hunting in this state...high powered rifles are a no-no.

My main point being that these restrictions in no way violate the second amendment.

If I'm not mistaken the Dayton shooter didn't use a semiautomatic .22LR nor a pellet gun. If you are so stupid you can't the difference you have no business owning a gun. In your case your fear keeps you away from all guns.

not at all.....I prefer a sheet metal fly swatter.......
From the perspective of sporting and hunting, I can think of exactly zero valid reasons one would have to lug around a high-powered AK-47 with a 30-round ammo clip to hunt deer or wild turkey.

That's fine if you want to go ahead and confess that the only reason is that a beer-gutted Trump lover is compensating and indulging his Rambo fantasies as he stalks around in the woods.

More importantly, there would undoubtedly be a lot of other hunters, fishermen, and hikers who would be uncomfortable or feel unsafe knowing there is a fat ass in the area carrying a high powered rifle with the potential of squeezing off 30 high velocity rounds in a span of seven seconds.

There is no stipulation in the 2nd amendment regarding uses. Just keep and bear.
Has nothing to do with hunting game.

It's unlawful in Ohio to hunt for anything with any type of high powered rifle. For damned good reasons too. Hell our body count during Deer season is bad enough with just Primitive Weapons! LOL It's not ironic in the least. The prohibition in our State on using high powered rifles for hunting is due to population density and safety concerns.

Does it violate the 2nd amendment? Not at all.

I missed your state earlier. My apologies. And my condolences. (Sincerely).
