So a drug company will then make wild claims about the effects of the drug, even ignoring, withholding, or obfuscating any negative side effects, because this bill a) shields them from the liability, b) doesn't require them to get the drug approved by the FDA, c) provides no mechanism for oversight when the drug company inevitably lies about the drug's effects and successes.
