I still believe you are deliberately pretending to be missing information like Trump's attorney talking about such options because they believe that the Judge did not go far enough and that many believe that the judge would approve it because Fani's office stinks of malfeasance...
But fair enough, just pulled an article talking about it rather than the one that quoted Trump's attorney, how about MSDNC then? It seems likelier in this case than in many other cases where I never suggested such a thing might happen.

I suspect they might try it. The law however is clear, the fact of an appearance of impropriety is not enough, there needs to be evidence of actual financial benefit to Willis, and I feel it is clear that based on the evidence they came up with, Trump would just lose again.
Such an appeal would not delay the case, and it would cost Trump a lot of money, so I think it is an open question if he believes keeping this issue open would be worth the money or not.
