I hear that a Certificate of Immediate Review request is likely in this case, and the Judge is not overwhelmingly enamored of Fani and may just give them their immediate review. I love this kind of mess... It's fun to watch.

She's the sort that's full of herself thinking she's untouchable being black and female even as everyone around her thinks she's just a stupid bitch. I've been saddled with that situation over my career / lifetime. Affirmative action is for shit.

It's very thorough and even has a table of contents citing the ethics rules she's alleged to have violated!

I watched hours of the proceedings and it was a complete train wreck... but I'm sure you realize that... I have no idea why she was allowed to proceed with that kind of behavior...
