The Georgia Senate and the US House are not authorized to do a criminal investigation. They can't pass legislation that affects only Fani Willis since the US Constitution prevents that. Separation of powers says that the legislature can't interfere in ongoing criminal indictments.

The standard for removing a Prosecutor in Georgia (most States) is extremely high and requires Actual Conflicts and pretty much every single legal expert was clear there was NOTHING presented that even suggested an 'Actual Conflict'.

Dating and paying for stuff for one another DOES NOT qualify. Even if Fani and Wade said 'Yes he paid for a vacation and many other dates' that DOES NOT represent an Actual Conflict, as he has his own money and it would be impossible to say the money used was a funneling of the money paid to him by Fani. If that were true then any Prosecutor on Fani team who buys the office a Starbucks coffee is funneling money they are paid to Fani and others in the office. THAT IS NOT THE STANDARD.


So Magats, learn a lesson and shut up on matters of law as you will always be wrong. Oh and stupid.

I try to keep track of the ones I am sure will age poorly. Its kinda fun, and there are a lot of them that I forget about.

Most of their wildest predictions are awful.

They just respond with something akin to "well, its only because the judge was corrupt." or "Deep State". Anything to keep the delusion alive.
