Read the entire ruling. The Judge is clear he GIVES NO CREDIT to the actual arguments that would have been needed to disqualify her, an ACTUAL CONFLICT, but he does find all the salacious unseemly.

That is not a shock as these type of HR matters, are often ugly when viewed by outsiders, but this will result in little more than an HR matter. A look if her relationship was fitting within the bounds of a D.A and her subordinate.

The fact that certain Magat politicians will give it the Hunter Biden treatment and continually cry how it 'LOOKS BAD' has no more meaning than it does for Joe Biden. It may impact them politically but it is a stunt.

AGAIN, if Fani and Wade admitted their relationship before it was outed, and admitted they have done various things together (the trips, dinners, etc) NONE OF THAT would have been scandalous or reason for them not to continue.

Humans love the salaciousness of OUTED scandals and someone coming out to admit an affair will never be as salacious as it being OUTED against their desires. Humans swarm around the latter.

Willis did not behave in court as I would have behaved, but she didn’t break any rules or violate any standards. It’s her prerogative. She behaved better in court than Trump did.

I still believe you are deliberately pretending to be missing information like Trump's attorney talking about such options because they believe that the Judge did not go far enough and that many believe that the judge would approve it because Fani's office stinks of malfeasance...

But fair enough, just pulled an article talking about it rather than the one that quoted Trump's attorney, how about MSDNC then? It seems likelier in this case than in many other cases where I never suggested such a thing might happen.

Trump attorney Steve Sadow suggested in a statement Friday that he could seek such a review.

“While respecting the Court’s decision, we believe that the Court did not afford appropriate significance to the prosecutorial misconduct of Willis and Wade,” Sadow said. “We will use all legal options available as we continue to fight to end this case, which should never have been brought in the first place.”

I don't think he could repeal the ACA, nothing is more permanent than a temporary government program.
