No.
No, again, it wasn't. The biggest promises of the Nazi party were government expansion. The propaganda against the Jews was a common cultural heritage of Germany for about 1500 years at that point.
Yes, but not in the way you think. The government also enforced this at gun point and pen point (I.E. it was all LEGAL). But no, while anti-semitism was a staple of German culture (side note, the Nazis engaged in great amount of rhetoric about how the Jews were HOARDING wealth that the needy Germans needed, now what does that sound like), the majority didn't care about Hitlers racial theory. They cared that he was in charge and making Germany FEEL (key word) strong again and prosperous.
Uhhh the death camps didn't come until '42, after a decade of concentration camps for ALL manors of citizens, from Jews to political prisoners. In fact, that's how they started; as a reeducation for political opposition. The Nazis went far out of their way to make it appear that they were helping the Jews, not killing them.
Yes, and think of all the power that people willing GAVE the government to do so.
More like mass apathy and ignorance, as well as a utter willingness to give the government all the power to do this. People were complacent as long as they had comfort.
