"Everyone contributes' isn't going to cut it. What about the person who has an idea and builds something on it and works hard to develop it and provides jobs. You keep talking about fairness, but you're not being honestly fair.
Fair? As I asked before what rate of pay is fair? This silliness of "works hard" gets old after a while. How hard is hard? How many hours in a Gates' day? Just how hard does someone work to "earn" 50 million a year? Check out the following.
