Outside right magat media that is the contention near unanimously amongst legal experts.

They say the high burden of proof that the accusers need to PROVE was not even touched.

And that is accurate. The put forth one fired ex employee who made an accusation that they never corroborated. But magats, as we see with Hunter/Joe Biden stuff think an accusation is all that is needed. News flash, 'it is NOT'.

They put forth a THEORY that they ASSUME Wade was hired so Willis could pay him lots of money so it could be funneled back to herself which they never proved. Again you have Magats like Expresslane saying the burden is on Willis to prove that is not true, and that she did not, thus they lost. That is NOT how this works.

The judge will find in Fanni favor as he really has no choice. The bar to exclude a DA is very high and requires conclusive evidence to establish the impropriety and we did not get that here. Not even close.

Why do you trust MSNBC ? They lied to you and said Hunter's Laptop was Russian disinformation and that the Fake Russian dossier was real and that Biden does not have dementia. Why would you possibly ever trust MSNBS as a news source.

If i start referring to you as a "Lesbian" since your user name has a 'L' in it. If i am constantly saying 'ExpressLane Lesbian', and you have never said you are one, there is a reason why i would be saying it.

That is that i think it is an insult to call you that.
