Meaningless to the case.

What you were predicting was that this case would get dismissed by the Judge and you were wrong. The judge commented that they presenting NOTHING really that met the criteria for dismissal.

I get you love 'smells bad', and have accepted that as big victories, as the only thing you will ever get, but once again you were wrong.

This is an HR matter and at most she gets a note on her record. There is NOTHING here to dismiss her. Read the Georgia Statute and what is required and realize, as the judge pointed out, they offered nothing on that front.

So if the judge is not going to boot, because he says the standard was not even close to being met, no one else can or will.
 
I guess it’s settled, you cannot try to steal an election, even if the prosecutor has a girlfriend!!!!!!

There arguably IS something here to dismiss her. She may have prejudiced the case in Trump's favor. The case now has an added anti-Trump feeling about it with a DA and a prosecutor joined not only in the presentation of evidence but in hidden romance, now revealed, bent on a purpose of two lovers, not only two prosecutors, getting him together. Seems plausible that jurors without articulating this and then dismissing it may have instead only a feeling about it they don't like.

If before the other lawyer outed the romance, Fani and Wade came out and said 'we are dating' there would have been no scandal. No issue in any of this.

It is NOT only allowed but is very common for lawyers on the same side of a case, working closely together to end up in romances. Lawyers and police. Lawyers and judges. Etc.

If this is an issue, there will be a flurry of cases all across America being outed by various accused in the coming months. And there will not be.

Very common, huh? "Lawyers and judges", too? Guess it escaped my notice in 20 years being around courts. Must be my sheltered life. But this case isn't about Fani Willis. She's become a drag on the prosecution. Cut her loose if she doesn’t have the sense to cut herself loose.

YEs.

Obviously it did, as there have been a litany of legal experts (ex top lawyers in all areas) on the various news shows, since this incident talking about it.

Fact is that work place romances tend to be one of, if not the number one way people meet and date and have casual sex relationships.

Does that shock you? Do you think people are better at picking up strangers than people they deal with every day in casual settings?

Do you think the legal profession ALONE is immune to this dynamic?
