The “right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”?
In the Declaration, not the Bill of Rights, those were lies before the ink was dry.
Hey dickhead, what the hell are you blabbering about?

No, if you have a right to life, then you have a right to defend that life, thus you have a right to the best tools to defend that life. Limiting your access to those tools, firearms, is denying you your right to life, not protecting you. It's actually on the presumption that you do have a right to life and should be protected from people who want to take that right away.
Actually, school shootings were unheard of until we got increasingly strict gun laws. Then we got the Gun Free School Zones Act and school shootings really took off. What do you mean "reinstate"?School shootings were unheard of up until Columbine. Then they didn't happen for a good while again. They refused to reinstate gun laws, and now school shootings are dime a dozen. I'm literally barely effected by them. I hear there's a school shooting and just shrug. Well who would have thought?
Education, such as universal gun safety education, would indeed be the best policy. But that would undermine the ignorance that the control freaks depend upon to drive fear and paranoia about guns.Of course preventable deaths should be prevented. Infringing on my constitutional right isn't the way to do it. Try education, it worked for my, and previous generations.
Haven't you claimed to own, in your own words, a "lil arsenal" some time back? Didn't you also say you "shot up" a case of pineapples because you're allergic to them (not the best target or reason to shoot pineapples in the first place)?
As much as I think shooting pineapples is irresponsible, it does not affect *my* right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
No, the very concept of gun control laws is based on the idea that you don't have a right to defend your life, or the lives of others. That means that you don't have a right to life. That statement has no meaning. Did you mean to say "the lack of gun control laws"?
You are the one suffering from willfull ignorance. That, and your obvious PTSD.Sorry, I can’t fix your willful ignorance on this one.
Thanks for admitting, though, your lack of personal experience with gun violence.
Obviously not, they're not allowed to defend their lives.People in Japan, UK, Australia, etc. don’t have a right to life?![]()
The Declaration of Independence is not a part of U.S. law. Get a clue.[emoji38]up:

Jade explicitly said that he did not enjoy pissing himself, but you keep seeing just the opposite. Thus demonstrating your inability to understand plain English.Uh, no.

Then why are you claiming that the Declaration was nothing but lies and equating it to the Bill of Rights?I never said it was, pal.
Try to keep up.

Am I the only one that has noticed that liberals are very violent people?
After 8 years of Obama's racist policies, Trump has been a champion on bringing blacks to the table of acceptance.
Let's not let all of this effort go to wait by electing another racist Democrat.
No, you're the joke.Is that a joke?
