So you got two individuals, neither who ever had the powered to do what they said, again, it is not a question of confiscating guns, rather regulating guns
They are regulated dipshit

That's only going to work with those who obey the law.
The problem is that the people who have no regard for the law will ignore it...

That is CRAP I personally carried guns in my car trunk and knew several others that did the very same thing. It was common practice. You could walk in to Sears and buy a gun without even a background check, I bought a shotgun from them when I was 16. There wasn't even a federal age limit for gun purchase till 1968. I bought a German Mauser when I was 16 at the local GI Surplus for $23 no questions asked. You could order them out of magazines like Oswald did. It's two worker homes and bad parenting. There are a lot more disaffected kids out there because of bad parenting.
No I am saying the number of guns is irrelevant. Is "availability" argument you really want to make?
there is not one scrap of historical evidence that indicates anything OTHER than the founders feared a new central government and sought to remove any power or authority of that new central government to infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear their own arms, semi-auto and auto included.
Prove that "easy access to guns" results in more mass shootings. Telling us other countries don't have a problem isn't proof of anything.
Teen suicide is a greater problem, but if Democrats think it's too much trouble, fine.
Seriously? You really believe I can order a gun and have it delivered to my house?

they knew they needed one.....that whole 'necessary evil' thing. you'd know that if you bothered to study any history. We’ve been thru this umpteen times, if they feared a central government that much why did they even create one, and, delegate it power?
the meaning of that clause has been posted here over a dozen times. I've noticed that whenever I do post the actual quotes from the framers about what that means, you avoid it like covid. the meaning of infringe has been defined by them as well, and you refuse to acknowledge them. And secondly, another facf you just can’t accept, until you can define the prefatory clause the whole “infringe ……..” thing is nebulous at best, and no one to date has been able to define the prefatory clause
Every year about 5000 teens commit suicide. About 50,000 Americans commit suicide. While I can understand why Democrats don't give a shit about the greater number since most are elderly white males, why they don't give a shit about the teens is a mystery.

I'd be happy to take a full battery of mental exams right next to you and let the cards fall where they may, Dr. HCQ.

The founders were clear:there is not one scrap of historical evidence that indicates anything OTHER than the founders feared a new central government and sought to remove any power or authority of that new central government to infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear their own arms, semi-auto and auto included.
So the shooter came from a single parent home with an absentee father and had anger issues and was bullied. Pretty much what I said. This is a parenting issue. Lack of proper guidance causes lack of morals and self control.
